Have been going to this particular Cupids since I was 10 or 11 (In my 40’s now) if you grew up as a valley kid you definitely knew Cupids!!!
They have the best chilidogs anywhere, add cheese and onions. I went to the location on Vanowen St in Winnetka, CA. Haven't been in 30 years and it was just as delicious as I remembered.
Cupids has been a part of my go cheat food for 50 years but has the Northridge location gone sideways!!!! The chilli tasted right out of the can !! The rest was good but man what happen ??? New owners cutting corners ?? Will be going to the canoga park location now instead.OK here is an update my son and I decided to see if Winnetka was better and we did ordered two chili dogs and the chili was on point the original yummy goodness that we expected sorry Northridge you fail Winnetka is our new go to spot
When it comes to hot dogs, this is THE place. Not sure if it's the Vienna all-beef hot dogs, the chili or what, but everything I've eaten here is perfect.Perhaps because it's a family run business? The food quality and freshness can't be beat.
I wasnt going to leave a review, but then i seen that i would be their 500th review if i did...so here i am. Ive been going here since i was a little kid. Its good. There's somethin about these delicious rubbery hot dogs that keeps me coming back. I would have givin them 5 stars, however i feel they are a bit over priced. I ate there today by myself....2 hotdogs and a drink = $17

love the traditional mustard, onion and relish dog... old school... plenty of snap to the dog, soft buns and great service. tried the kraut dog... don't bother as the kraut was weird color and certainly not fresh, scraped it off before eating. kids love the dogs too!

Cupid's Hot Dogs I really missed, because I moved to Torrance. So since I was in the area, I went here for lunch. There's no Cupid's in Torrance, so I really miss it.
