Employees are nice but the place is really dirty. There are a lot of flies near the topping area. I flinched because of the amount of flies that dispersed when they went to grab my toppings. The employees had no reaction to the flies. Almost like they are used to it.They are breeding somewhere around that place. I would check the undercounter refrigerator. Those machines are known to be moist and humid and are a breeding ground for maggots and larva.
Bad service. Employees were rude from the get go. I get ur busy but their is a certain level of kindness you treat people. SMH

I visit this location because the staff is always so pleasant to interact with. They are always happy, smiling and ready to work. They interact with you and ask all the right questions. I leave a tip every time, they earn it..and deserve it.

My favorite ice cream parlor!!Maybe I’m a hard rater but a 5 star in my opinion is that WHEN I WENT IN everything was perfect.ONLY reason I rated it a 4 is bc it’s always a little cluttered looking and outdated-not aesthetically pleasing. But ice cream is sooo good!!! And service is always good at this location :)I get the chocolate devotion with a tub to take home. DON’T get the choc chips INSTEAD get the shaved chocolate. The best - if you’re a chocolate lover. The flaky choc adds a nice texture to the brownie over the chips being hard.
I usually dont write reviews unless Im really mad and this is one of those times. Ordered online got the wrong order for the third time in a row. Paid for something but didnt get what I paid for. Was so mad I had to take it back and instead of fixing their mistake tried to give me a hard time. Rude employee.
Ordered an cream sandwich tonight and it literally had cleaning product in it. It tasted like bleach. At first I thought I was crazy so I had my S.O. take a tiny bite and she confirmed there was definitely something in it and immediately spit it out. I took it straight out of the box so there's no chance of contamination from somewhere else and it took a few bites to realize at first what I was tasting. Now I have a massive migraine and am sick. Will never order from here again. How does that even happen???
The guy working in the night time was rude as heck. Not friendly at all.
