We ordered a kids build your own, because of diet issues we can’t eat any beans so asked for chicken instead. They first added the chicken and afterwards they said it’s extra, we said we usually don’t get charged for that so she didn’t write anything on the order. Then Alex the manager stepped in and his options were to throw it out or charge us.. who throws out food in the US with a smile on their face?Worst experience ever

It's ok. I went in to order a chicken bowl and I was disappointed when I saw the beans. It appeared they had been sitting there for a long time. I wasn't happy when I tasted them. It was bland.The chips and salsa were good and so was the queso.
I am honestly very upset at the fact that I placed my order way ahead of time before picking it upOn my 30 minute lunch break, i get there 6 minutes after pick up time and still have to wait an additional 16 minutes for my bowl to be ready. I have a 30 MINUTE LUNCH got back and had no time to eat. Ridiculous.
Love this Chipotle! Fast service, friendly staff and the food is usually very good. Unfortunately from time to time they run out of the salad dressing- otherwise no complaints!

Don’t upgrade for the secret menu item of the Quesarito. If you don’t know what it is. They put a bunch of cheese, fold it put it in the press and melt it, then they make a burrito. But it cost $3.50 to for the “Upcharge” . 100% not worth it . Do not waste the menu. Treat yo self and just get the guacamole.
I am a very avid chipotle fan. I will never visit this location again. Not clean. Not friendly. Not a well made burrito. Two hours before they closed and they claimed they were out of Steak, fajita and guacamole. No way they just didn’t feel like making anymore.
I always go around 3-6 The best time to go. not that busy and you get your fresh food.
This is the only chipotle that open til 11pm, very clean and well organized restaurant, customer service person was very friendly and nice.
