Horrible service. Rude, disrespectful, horrid, disgusting, pathetic, and a waste of oxygen. These are the words that best describe the gremlin hostess I had the displeasure of speaking to at this establishment. I feel sorry for everyone else who works there because they have to breathe the same air. My condolences to the rest of the poor staff that has to work in the same building as that creature.The place was basically empty at lunch time and three small parties were still waiting to be seated. Embarrassing. Other reviews also mention long waits so I know this experience is common here. Now I know why the place was so empty at lunch time.
Fajitas were good. Food was timely and hot. Service was a little off. Not attentive. Bathrooms are a Pig pen. Place lacks up keep. Good if you want a quick bite not a night out.
We waited for 45 min to be seated our server was Eric and he was amazing, very friendly and this review has nothing to do with him or his service. Ok when seated at 6 pm after waiting 45 min we ordered our food, we waited and waited and finally at 8pm our food was brought out to us, it was cold, meat was burnt, salad plate was full of water, fries were over salted and gross, pineapple bits in salad were still frozen. Now onto the rest of the establishment. The place had flys, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the menus were sticky, the drinks were watered down and place was so understaffed that it should not have been open! Worst experience ever!
3 of us went for brunch. We were seated immediately and were not asked for proof of vaccination.The place was fairly full but we didn't feel super close to the other guests.The food was ok. The margaritas were huge. They didn't have any children's menus ?.Our waitress was attentive without being annoying. The bathroom was clean but there wasn't any paper towels in the ladies room. There is plenty of parking around the building.This place is close and the food is good enough that if I don't want to deal with the mall, I can still get a decent meal at a decent price.
The food is great but to be honest it wasn't the cleanest place ever. When you go into a restaurant you would expect it to be clean, but our table was not wiped down and still had crumbs and even hair. I don't know if it was just our utensils but they were not cleaned properly and don't get me started on the cups. The glass cups they serve with the drink did not look clean at all. I ordered lemonade so it's pretty clear to see if there's anything nasty floating in there and I did see black things floating in my drink, I have no idea what it was.

The appetizer, southwest egg rolls is delish!! The day we went ( New Year's Eve), Chili's was short on servers. We decided to sit by the bar and got Adriana as our server. Despite her being busy and probably quite stressed, I found Adriana to be very pleasant and attentive. We ordered an appetizer platter which was decent. Then we got some 'real food'.The food overall was okay. We'd go back again just for those egg rolls!
Ordered curbside from this restaurant and after checking in and waiting 20 minutes I was forced to go inside and ask for my order. Our dinner was just sitting behind the counter for who knows how long and by the time we arrived home the food was cold and stiff! All the cashier said was, “sorry, our system is down”— well if that’s the case go outside to each car at curbside and let your customers know! There are only few (5-6) curbside parking spots. We are in a pandemic and there must have been 8-10 people packed in the small take-out area inside the restaurant only meant for maybe 3 people. It defeats the purpose of curbside ordering when you have to get out of the car. I had a sick child and husband with me and that’s why I was avoiding going inside.
Every time I’ve been here the service and staff have been great! There are so many choices on the menu. The food has always been great!
