Used to order takeout all the time when we lived nearby (even during Covid cuz our kids loved the make your own pizza kits), so not sure what happened - we picked up some dessert for my birthday today and the 3 of us that had red velvet cake and chocolate soufflé have been sick in the bathroom for the last hour. I called the restaurant to speak to someone about it and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Never again!
The service was horrible. Went for a quick dinner for one adult and two kids on a school night. Almost two hours for pizza and a salad bowl. I was flagging down waiters for water, to go box and the check. Yes they are nice and food is good but not worth the stress. Even after asking for something the response was slow. It was not that busy and there were plenty of waiters.
The floor manager came by to offer us refills on a our drinks, we said later.. after a few minutes we asked for refills and they charged us... maybe was a misunderstanding from our part... the food was amazing except we ended paying g about 25 bucks more for drinks...
Came in here for a Sunday dinner with family.20 mins wait , courteous staffI ordered the mushroom pizza with cauliflower crust , the roasted garlic chicken , passion fruit iced tea and mango strawberry coolers.Lets come to the pizzas first , cauliflower crust was amazing, toppings were adequate and was a light yummy pizzaThe roasted garlic chicken was bit average, i could hardly taste any garlic , bottom line, not worth the bucks.Coolers were highly sweetened and was just sugar water really.Nice thing is they offer refills on iced teas which compliments the pizzas really well.Would love to try more here .More on IG @whatscookinginLA
CpK always has excellent service and a warm ambience. The drinks are delicious (both the cocktails and mocktails) and the apps & pizzas are top notch. You can't go wrong with the carne asada pizza or the chicken tequila fettuccine! Oh man !

This review is for Saturday 02/26 around 6:30 PM. The food was good, no complaints. The service wasn't necessarily bad but clearly disorganized. The wait was estimated to be an hour but when I called 15 mins before arriving they said the wait was 15 mins. They stopped seating tables due to the kitchen being back up but I never received a call mentioning the immense delay. I sat inside waiting for 20 mins and there were multiple tables that could seat six plus people each that sat for nearly my entire wait inside. Drinks and bread took a long time to get and out server was clearly overwhelmed which lead to our table being ignored like we didn't exist. My drinks weren't well made and they had to be sent back twice. I'll review again next time I decide to brave their disorganization.
CPK was awesome. The wait was short, the service was top notch, and the food was off the chain. The Mrs.s ordered the BBQ Chicken and I had their 12oz Steak. Great eats! Steak was definitely one of the best I've ever had. I didn't even know they had Steak. LOL. I highly recommend CPK Northridge!
The food is great, the prices are a bit expensive, but what really made me give them such a low score was the ability to order. The app does not work properly and when going online, that was not working either. For some reason, the Northridge location does not come up when trying to order online and has not for a while. When you call in to place an order, no one answered and you just sit through the loop forever. I cannot even tell you how I figured out a work around but when I finally got to pay, it would not work and then all of a sudden I received an email that my order went through.
We came for dinner. We were sat outside. We waited about 15 min before anyone came. Then when we ordered , they said it would take 45 min. Or if we wanted when each persons food is ready they will bring it. Ive never gone to dinner and each person got their food at a different time. Then all the tables around us had dinner and left and we were still waiting. The waiter was rude.
