Recently, I had to adjust my diet and start eating more proteins and fish has become my new go-to meal. I was incredibly impressed with how tasty their sea bass was and cannot wait to go in to try other types. I highly recommend this place
So the food is great! The customer service on the other hand! Never seen employees less interested in working in my life! Talking between themselves not acknowledging the customers avoiding eye contact! No respect to their job or the business! I was on hold to place an order for 1/2 an hr now! This comes from multiple visits… my husband said he doesn’t want to get food there anymore! They just answered lmao n put me on hold! Hope the business owner will be able to fix this or they will loose costumes! I do love the food but I think some training is needed!
The fish and chips was large with a heavy very greasy crust. The Salmon sandwich was pretty good. It's a fast food order at the counter place. There is an outdoor seating area.
Very good fresh fish. I had the fish and chips. Not greasy. Excellent crunch. Liked the kale slaw that came with it. Large serving with three pieces of fish.
Went to California Fish Grill in Culver City but they did NOT have any fish-n-chips! A fish restaurant with no fish! ?
I haven't had a fish dish so good for a while. I had the sea bass coleslaw and zucchini. Very healthy and delicious especially the fish it was fresh, grilled right with Cajun sauce just right. Service was friendly as well. Nice elegant seating indoors and outdoors. Thanks
So delicious! I love this place! So happy there's multiple locations. Not a bad dish on the menu. The swai is perfect. All the sides are great. The fish sandwich is almost too much food! Portion size is great.
The food at the California fish grill is fantastic the service was very friendly I would recommend anyone who loves fish Along with other foods to go and eat there. The manager was so kind. ?
Arrived home and my food was wrong. Had to call twice because the system just leaves you in a queue. Kenzie answered and told me no manager was available. I stated I had a complaint and she’s tells me I can call back or tell her because she’s not going to bother the manager while she still has 10 minutes on here break. She was completely unprofessional. Didn’t listen and kept making me repeat myself because she acs like she don’t understand english. I spent of $20 for food for 1 person. After this I refuse to go back and this was my favorite place to get dinner. She claims she’ll refund me in 2-3 days.
I tried this place because my husband raved about it..The food was terrible, especially for the price (almost $18).I ordered the large grilled shrimp. They were completely overcooked, dry & burned. So overcooked, I could barely get the shells to pull off.I paid extra for upgraded veggies. They got my order wrong. Its ok, mistakes happen, but when I took it back to the counter, the staff questioned me in such a way, I felt as if I was being accused 9f lying about my order. And btw, the veggies were burned too.Don't think I'll be going back.
