Unfortunately the improperly thawed shrimp was mushy. I had high hopes because the staff was great and the place was very clean. My first clue should have been that the place was empty on a Saturday night at 7pm. It should have been hopping. Overpriced frozen food doesn’t cut it in sunny California where the ocean is minutes away.
Excellent food and service
Such a disappointment. Coming from Los Angeles with heavy traffic, I ordered food from this place for the family. We got there later than expected to pick up our order, we were so hungry and figured despite the time if the food is good it would still be good. The food was decent, nothing that would really make us order again from here. My biggest complaint was being greeted by the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Im not sure if he was the manager or a server because I didn’t even get his name, but please remember to ALWAYS be kind to people under any circumstances. Very unwelcoming, very rude, the manner in how you handle things is important. That was no way to talk to a customer and for that reason I will not be returning nor will I encourage others to go. It’s unfortunate.
Place smells like hookah which is gross, but the previous business was a hookah lounge so I suppose it’s stuck into the walls. Then we sat down and it was my first time so I had questions as I don’t eat crab legs often at all. Sever made it seem like it was a nuisance of me to ask questions and was impatient. He then said they couldn’t do the sauce without butter which immediately tells me they don’t make it in house and are probably processed seasoning they have shipped in and not authentic. Will not be coming back here. We did take our $100 business to H20 in Northridge to enjoy sushi which was a much greater experience. Stick with Kickn Cajun or the boiling crab ladies and gentlemen!

Clean and quick service. People are friendly. Excellent foods and customer service. Not cheap but a lot of meat in the crab, very tasty specially if you are a garlic lover for sure you'll appreciate how they flavored it. The fish and chips, huge and good for two people to share. Love their garlic bread. Go and try.
Great place to eat. The fried shrimp basket was very good. Fresh shrimp and the fries were crispy and it was very filling. The Louisiana shrimp boil was also very good. Lots of shrimp. Would definitely recommend this place.

I don't know if we arrived when they just open but the place was completely empty and was spotless and clean. They did ask for our COVID vaccine cards to be seated so we can eat inside which was totally fine. They had different combos you could choose from if you didn't want to order individually by the pound. The combos came with fried shrimp, sausage, corn potatoes, snow crab and shrimp. You got to choose from different types of sauces, heat flavorings overall it was really really delicious. The staff was very attentive and really nice.
we ordered a take out and it was so gross. So much oil, and extremely salty. There was no balance of spices at all. we also ordered chicken wings, which had no flavor and the meat was so hard and it was mostly skin. We ended up throwing away our entire food. you can tell it was all frozen and just dumped in fried oil. Never ordering from this place again.
