Staff is great, food was good, manager was really awesome. My only reason going to a 4 was BWW app ordering is buggy to say the least. Trying to call the store to see if they had my order I just kept getting a message that no one was able to answer the phone. On e I got to the restaurant they took care of everything promptly and professional.

I did not like this location. I've gone 3 times total and there always seems to be an issue. They take our order bring our food and forget about us. I never got refills on my drinks and I had to wait a while for my check. The people seated infront and behind me would get refills and when the servers dropped it off they'd just walk right past us. I definitely recommend the one inside the Sherman Oaks Galleria. They are always so nice and organized, plus they always offer refills without you having to ask for it.

This was the worst food we've ever experienced. My boyfriend and I got there about 15min early to pick up our food. When we got there they told us to wait because it wasn't ready, which was totally understandable, so we waited. Once we got our food we drove straight home to eat and watch some shows. We were both disappointed to find our fries cold, stale and hard. We both ordered 15 wings each and instead got 10 each. Also, I ordered Lemon Pepper flavor and they instead gave me plain wings. We were so confused because they gave us our food right away so the fries should have been fresh. We tried calling and after 3 times of no one picking up...we gave up because the rest of whatever food was edible was getting cold. Then when we tried to make a complaint through the BWW's website...it wouldn't go through. We tried this 5 times and it just wouldn't send our complaint. This is sadly the last time I'll go to this location. This is the closest location to my home, so I probably won't go to Buffalo Wild Wings at all after this experience. Idk how it is dining in, but I truly hope it's a better experience than take-out. After reading the comments I'm glad I'm not the only person whose had issues with take-out. This location really needs to step it up.

Waited an extra 30 min for my food after I arrived. Multiple patrons around me had waited over 2 hours to get their food. Many of whom their orders were wrong. This location has not done well since the pandemic and it's showing. Hopefully, they can turn it around soon.

So at first I thought I haven’t been here in over 10 years. It’s going to be good.Everything was going fine until we stepped in kids ? last minute while the worker was standing there. Then our take home wings of 4 different flavors had to be replaced with a single kind of wing sauce because they threw our box away when they cleared our plates. We had a 50% coupon and they didn’t want to honor because only the phone # was excepted even though promotion was sent to my email. This conversation with the manager was not accepted with compassion or with benefit due to the situation at hand. Really? What more do you need WE STEPPED IN THOW UP WHICH COULD OF BEEN PREVENTED. You think we want to spend 10 minutes at home washing this off and hope it doesn’t get on my carpet in my car. No you should of covered thd entire bill. It’s not my throw up.

Waiter was friendly and accommodating but the front desk were horribly rude. Rolling their eyes at customers and trying their best to not sit people and turn them away. They need a real attitude check. If they can’t handle talking to people they shouldbe put to clean the toilets instead.

I tried placing a large order through the app for delivery but the app was not cooperating. Unfortunately when I called the restaurant, there was nothing they could do except to advise me to come in person to place the order and to pay in person which added an inconvenience to my experience as I really just wanted to get the food delivered. Besides that tho, the on site staff was really friendly and the food and items provided was great and plentiful.

Terrible handle on their online orders. My order was "ready for pickup" at 7:00pm according to their website. I showed up close to 7:30pm because I figured I'd give them a little wiggle room. Not only was my order not "ready for pick up". But it was not even in progess. Clerk blamed it on their system... they started the order after I showed up for pick up...Honestly the worst service.incompetence.Edit: order was ready at 8:00pm. One hour after pickup time. One and a half hours since order was placed.

I ordered delivery and was informed that the location was behind and they were waiting to pick it up. Totally understandable given a football Sunday. When we did finally get our food it was really disappointing. The wings barely had sauce on them and you could see breading everywhere. Was going to just dip them in sauces.. but they did not give us the condiments that we paid for. Tried to call the location and no one answers the phone. Do not recommend at all.

Destiny made our experience here outstanding! Whenever i come back i hope she takes care of us again because we were so impressed at how well she did her job! Not only was she attentive she was patient and I couldn’t have asked for a better server!
