you’re bound to make people angry when you tell them 25mins and it takes over an hour. No where to sit and wait.. hope you didn’t order during the hot part of the day

I love wing stop BUT this is the 3rd time they forget to add something to my order , first they forgot my 15 wings I had to drive back to get them and the other two times they didn’t put my fries , one of the workers there was rude.
Waited an hour and they canceled my order for no reason and won’t refund me my money.
It was so easy to order with app. You can pick the time to pick up the order. Accurate order. Tasted good. No more wings? My brother in law told me about the wing shortage so wingstop changed their menu to boneless wings and changed their name to Thigh stop.
My lemon pepper wings were super small and not well done as requested. Very disappointed!! Called corporate for a refund. Never again...
They don't have a cash register lol they don't wanna make extra money plus my order was wrong and they don't wanna deal with u they just wanna be calling names to get there orders out no customer service here!
This Wingstop is boo boo extremely slow your order will say it’s ready and they still take another 10-12 minutes for your order to actually come out don’t believe the app trust
