So we didn't feel like cooking last weekend and decided to order in. Man, are we glad we chose The Habit Burger Grill. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations, especially for delivery!We ordered two Santa Barbara Char burgers. It is served on sourdough bread so no alterations were needed for the bread selection! Instead of American Cheese, I swapped mine for Swiss and since I'm allergic to tomatoes, I had mine without tomatoes. The burger was still piled high! Everything was delicious!The Santa Barbara Char has two charbroiled patties, avocado, caramelized onions, American Cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo. Whew! The best thing about the Habit Burger Grill is that their menus accommodate those that have specific allergies. So that's a plus for those with Celiac Disease or require gluten-free items. Went for two salads...nothing crazy....took so long if I'm honest just because the employees where talking more than serving or working. Don't get me wrong...I don't mind simple banter but when you're mouthing away about work at work and about clients...yeah...and other than that let food sit there for a cool while after it came out....well it was an OK experience
This place is kinda pricey but worth it! Everything was delicious, Plus you can substitute any bread for sourdough bread! Outstanding!I will have to add that I went back and asked for a well-done burger and it was still very pink on the inside so that was unpleasant. Still worth at-least 4 stars for sure though.
First rate burger experience. In an ultra-competitve burger market they somehow manage to stand out with a distinctively winning flavor. The Santa Barbara Chat and Portabella Char are the standouts for me. Fries, onion rings and shakes are also fantastic. Ecstatic to be within walking distance of this establishment.
Had the #1 Buger fries and a drink. Good food. There menu is big. I suspect the rest of the menu was great tasting too. Happy Staff makes the food that more enjoyable ??????
Better than In N Out. Order online and pick up to avoid the wait. You can even have them walk it out to the curb out front. PROTIP: Keep an eye out for aggressive pandhandlers in the CVS parking lot
Always a real treat! They are asking for proff of vaccination which is totally awesome! Super busy but didn't wait long at all. They keep it clean and friendly staff. The food is ALWAYS on point.
Phone number is not connected. Burgers are mushy & soggy whenever we get them here, ordered thru door dash & ordered sauce on the side hoping that if we did that the burgers/buns wouldn’t be soggy for once, but once it was delivered we saw they put no sauce on the side (even though we paid extra for 2 sides of ranch and BBQ sauce) so there was literally no sauce on our burgers & no sauce for our fries, which they also forgot one of our fries that came with my husband’s meal. So he ended up having to drive all the way there to Habit (defeating the purpose of ordering door dash so we wouldn’t HAVE to go there) just to get his fries they forgot & our sauce that we PAID extra for. We tried calling but their phone number doesn’t even work because it apparently isn’t connected, absolutely ridiculous.Update: Habit Listens got in touch with me & truly made our bad experience right. I feel fully taken care of for the experience we had & will continue going to Habit in the future because of Habit Listens. Businesses don’t seem to fix bad experiences, or issues anymore these days, but I can honestly say that Habit does. This is why I am changing my review from 1 star to 4. Thank you Habit Listens for fixing my bad experience & making it right! :)
I recently brought my 350z in for an oil change. Normally I'll do all the maintenance and some repairs on my own but it's been hectic lately so I decided to being it in. Oscar and Quan were very friendly and easy to talk to. Quan did a great job with the oil change. I was so happy with the service that I recommended my cousin to go there for his maintenance for his vehicles.
Very disappointed with my burgers and fries here. Only my green tea was good because I dispensed it myself. My first visit to this location too. I will give Habit another chance though, hopefully it was just an off evening.
