We'll start with the good that earned them the 2 stars. They have online ordering through Clover that charges the same prices as if you were ordering there in person. The staff was nice, not super nice, but as one should expect from someone who works in the service industry. For our drinks, they brewed the tea fresh (this doesn't seem to be the case for all their teas).Now for the bad. The drinks took longer than expected, which wouldn't have been an issue if the drinks tasted good. We got milk teas and they tasted like watered down milk with a hint of tea. The cups were marked with a code to identify the drink but that doesn't help the customer who's trying to figure out which drink belongs to who. If this review was based purely on the milk teas we got, I would have given this place zero stars.
The space itself is nice, they have a huge outdoor patio in the back with plenty of seating. The drinks are just fine, ends up pricier than I’d expect.
This place has the best boba! Always the perfect texture. Their drinks are always delicious and the service is so fast and friendly. They have online ordering that makes it so easy to just pick up our order on the way home.
Loved the tea and storytelling show out back. It’s a true oasis in the middle of Noho! ♥️
Their milk tea drinks are delicious. I love their take on tea drinks. My favorite is the Chocolate Matcha Green Tea with boba.A chill, cool place. Love that they are environmentally conscious. And you can tell they care about high quality ingredients.Friendly customer service. I always stop by when I am in the North Hollywood area.Highly recommend.
I’ve literally been coming here almost every day for the last 5 years and it’s still as lovely as the first time. There’s a great sense of community here which is really rare in Los Angeles. The drinks are freaking delicious and totally unique, and the boba is to die for!! Great environment for getting work done, hanging out with friends, or just to relax and read a book. 10/10!
Most cozy and chill place in this neighborhood. No espresso based coffees, but they more than make up for that with all the other styles of coffee. Went back multiple times and was great every time.
Plain and simple neighborhood coffee shop. Really nice place to grab a coffee with a friend. And they’re open kinda late, which is rare. Since I’ve moved to this neighborhood this place has become my go-to spot. Highly recommend!
I forgot to ask them to make my boba sugar free so I went in to buy another one and they gave it to me free of charge. The place is also gorgeous and they allow dogs. Highly recommend
