Zero star. 10-item order from mobile app, 2 missing items, 3 wrong (got regular doritos but ordered flaming hot), mtn dew not carbonated, beefy burrito with barely any beef, chicken quesadilla with 6pcs small chunk of chicken for the whole quesadilla. went back initially thinking only 1 was missing, manager advised to go back in queue to get missing item. Note that original order was hand-delivered by an employee that had to go out of the store to give it to me but can't do that for the missing item??? Avoid this location especially if you have more than 2 or 3 items order. No quality control.
Every time screw up order then tell me to roll back so they seem they doing a good job
It’s Taco Bell, all the food taste the same at each location so the review isn’t really about that. It’s more about the service and level of care that employees have. This location is decent. Though times their employees don’t seem to care, but then again it’s Taco Bell so if I was working there I wouldn’t care either. Lol
I went to this Taco bell last night with my sister just to have a nasty horrible time with the cashier Perla .. Her attitude is so ugly and she is so unprofessional never ever coming back here
When you call nobody ever answers the phone I went to the dining room area at approximately 7:00 pm and the front doors were locked even though I could see employees inside. If the dining room closes at 7:00 that should be stated somewhere on the door so that people don't walk up assuming that they can get food through the dining area around 7:00. Super lame
Drive thru...more than one variety of drink l ordered. They didn't ask which one, they just gave me one. Didn't want this choice
It's Taco Bell...the food is ok for fast food, but this location often doesn't do the best job... limp crunch wraps are...sad? Hehe
