I ordered a crunch wrap and soft tacos. The food was hot, fresh, and came quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the atmosphere as soon as I got out of my car I saw a heavy tattooed scantily clad women exiting the resturant. Immediately upon entering I observed a couple who were very much in love and very high on something cuddling, laughing hysterically, and "nodding". During my meal that couple slumped over in their booth and passed out completely. The workers being true professionals just continued to clean around them.Upon leaving a very polite young man held the door for me and told me to have a good day ?. As I left the Taco Bell I again saw that scantily clad women now in a group of 4 similarly dressed women dancing outside of a luxury automobile with a large bearded man in it playing his sound system for them to dance to.I enjoyed my food but I understand that this is the kind of place where you could get stabbed.
Drive thru. Didn't respond @ night. Went to window.. Juicy taco tho.
Worts place to wait in drive trough. It takes already over 15 mins to serve 1 car and counting on. Don't waste your valuable time here.
Greet you as you enter, let you know they'll be right with you... nice thing nowadays. Fast, friendly service.
I just moved to the area and visited this location 3 times in 3 days (kitchen stuff was still packed up) each time they forgot some aspect of my order. Everytime when I was asked which sauce I wanted I told them hot AND Diablo sauce, I would see it on the screen that way and then when I'd get home I'd only have one of the sauces.
Waited trapped in the drive thru for no less than 45 minutes and then the food was Ice Cold and completely wrong. They couldn't stop and preparing the order or getting it more wrong.
Staff is super nice. Taco Bell food is always a winner when I bring some home.
We have ordered from here 3 times, it is seriously so good. Our go-to is the Americano with hash brown inside, Elvis Pristine, Horchata coffee, OJ and the Banana Nut Chocolate Muffin. Everything is really tasty, really good portions. This is definitely not a small McD's muffin. You can tell they enjoy what they do.
Pre-covid: I met up with two friends here for a late dinner. The wait was about an hour long and after the meal, I can see why! This Korean fusion restaurant is a solid place with quality food! Just a little pricey for the portions but hey, it's NYC.
A Taco Bell is a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell. But the reason why this location gets five stars from me is their accuracy. As an anecdote, a few friends and I stopped by after a long night, mostly because the truly unfortunate Del Taco down the street closed early, and we ordered at least two dozen items, at least half of which had substitutions or special requests. And every single item was correct. In my experience, that is a rare occurrence at Taco Bell, so I was super impressed. Plus, the staff was really friendly despite the fact that we had a complicated order. I'll for sure be back for more potato tacos the next time I need a fourth meal.
