Why mark this a 24/7 sub way when you employed someone that doesn't want to serve anyone. The worker was just inside listening to music having a good time with the door locked and when I banged on the door she didn't pay attention to me till about the 7th time. After she looked at me with this stare of why are you here at this time. I'm not gunna get up and open the door to make you a sandwich. Then she waved her hand to me saying to just leave. I screamed its 24 hours. She chuckled and went to the back where she can't be seen and turned up the volume up some more. I know the owner is probably not gunna read this but on the off chance he/she does this is not acceptable.i have been here before at this time, and there was a very nice girl of Spanish decent that helped me so well and made one of the best sandwiches I have ever had from sub way. Now I come and this other lady from african american decent just ruined this store for me. Not saying it in a racist way I just want the owner to know who it was and didn't want the Spanish girl to get in trouble at all.im guessing there boh night shift
I stopped in with my family and the young lady with purple hair expressed how much she did not want to be there. It's okay that I had to fix all the sandwiches when we got home, cut them, and add the right toppings to them. No problem. Have a nice day
This location has always taken care of us. We eat here at least twice a week. Incredible customer service, delicious food, and all around great experience every time! Thank you NoHo Subway team!
It's Subway. When I give this subway 5 stars, it's not saying it's the best of any place you could go to, but it is saying that based on my experience it's a reliable subway experience. It seems that most Subways are closing earlier now. This is one of the few Subways that is open late, and even at a later time the service was great and the food was fresh as Subway gets. The restaurant was busy and yet the staff moved customers through efficiently and with kindness.
Nicholas was very rude ignored me when I asked for my order then another customer walked in he started making her order so I ask why he wasn’t making mine first he got mad started to cus at me right along side the customer who also started to cus at me he is very incompetent and obviously can’t handle his job you shouldn’t eat from this place they let homeless people sleep all over the tables bring all their trash and have it in their lobby it’s disgusting
Cynthia was working on February 1 when we stopped by for dinner. We ordered 2 footlongs, and asked if we could get soup instead of chips with the combo meal. She said we could, and then proceeded to charge us $4.25 per combo instrad of the $3.25 listed on the menu board. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, she shrugged, and said, "That's what the computer came up with." I said, "Well, it's $1 more per meal than what's listed, and I need to know why you're overcharging me." She got defensive, and said, "I don't know. The computer comes up with the price." I asked to speak to her manager. She replied that her manager was not on site. I said, "Then I need her phone number." Wordlessly, she goes to the back, gets her cell phone, and proceeded to call her manager. She then tells me, "The price is higher because you're getting soup."I have a problem with this in a couple of respects: first, it's not reflected on their menu in the combo price, nor is it reflected in terms of substitutions. Second, Cynthia never told me that there would be a price difference if I ordered soup, which she is obligated to do when ringing me up.This particular franchise engages in bait and switch and price gouging, which is never a good business model. Cynthia also never gave me my receipt so I could complete the online survey of follow up with the restaurant.
They are Open 24 Hours, walked in around Midnight and stood there 5 minutes while the employee swept. Mentioned we were ready to order but they just kept on sweeping?Finally just walked out, do not go to this location
Rude. I just called right now after placing an order and I was trying to ask about adjusting my order. The girl cut me off 3 times saying “you’re sandwich has already been made”. I’m not incompetent I heard you the first time girl but thanks for not caring about service/decency. If you don’t want to do a proper job then don’t work? I responded “ok then I’ll pick the stuff out” she didn’t even let me finish saying what I called to say and hung up on me. No need to ruin someone else’s day just because you’re not having a good one. Service & food is not with love here, won’t be ordering again, plus they mess up my order anyway. Other subways are nicer

The employees are very nice but not so tip top on making sure your satisfied. I had got a fountain drink but remember I had to ride my bike. So I asked the cashier could I please change my fountain drink to a bottled drink. Which I know Ive worked in fast food before and I know she'd have to refund the entire order and redo it, it's a little tedious and may take a little bit of extra finger work but it can't be done. And it was really honestly necessary if I didn't need it I was just said whatever and went on about my day but you didn't want to do it she didn't want to help me out so I'm on my way home I ended up dropping my drink and I didn't have anything to wash my food down with. All because she was too lazy to help me out
