Stopped in here after dropping my sister off at the Burbank airport. What a lovely surprise this new Starbucks is! The seating is nicely arranged you don’t feel crowded the Coffee bar is really long and the space is so huge it’s just so nice. The coffee was great service was quick. I think this is going to be a great addition to our local neighborhood.
I was born and raised in North Hollywood California right down the street we as a neighbourhood are so excited to see we have a local Starbucks. Welcome to the neighbourhood you did a beautiful job of making it spacious and welcoming. It looks beautiful I've already been 5 times come spread the word come give them some business and support your local Starbucks. Everyone who works here is so nice.
The attitude of all of the workers is terrible. Even though the location closes at 9, the workers kick the people who are sitting down outside of Starbucks out at 7:30 to put the chairs away. I think they should have more tolerance and wait at least 10 minutes before closing to make people leave and put the chairs away. The workers that I’ve met here from my past visits always seem to be in a bad mood and don’t act kind toward customers. 0/10 experience.
Stopped by this new store for some pumpkin cold brew. Barista made it in a best possible way, with a lot of foam and pumpkin spice! Would mention her name but she didn’t have a name tag unfortunatelyThank you guys, will come back!
