Came here to enjoy some coffee and do some reading, the employee approached me and asked to leave saying the lobby is 20 minutes. The lobby is huge and only like 10 people in there if it was full and no other place for people to seat I would understand, but seriously an empty lobby and a customer is being kicked out. I don’t think I’ll go to this location anymore and definitely would tell my friends not to go there. Horrible experience.
I don't use Starbucks as often as other people but as a nurse I would probably use them a lot more if they open earlier (actually I just checked they open most days at 5am amazing now I will come more ?) The staff normally sees me crazy before work or after work but they're always friendly. May is the only reason I keep coming back!!! She always makes amazing suggestions and she actually got me trying new things. She often adds things I never thought about and from someone who doesn't like Starbucks it says a lot! Awesome staff, quick inside orders as well. Drive thru is busy ! But usually quick :) tons of parking and drive thru line can get out of hand due to the location in the shopping center.
Unprofessional staff, they were waisting my time talking to there coworkers that was buying in the drive thru so she got my order wrong and made me get back in line again because they felt that I should get in line for there errors.
For people complaining about the store not being open too early please consider that baristas have to set everything's up and that's why they aren't open on top of that they do have a drive thru open early mornings. They try their best so please be more mindful. They are people after all. They definitely always do their best and this place has improved since last year.
This place is a hit or miss. 50% of the time they will screw up your order or just give you an ugly looking sandwich looks like someone sat on it. I eaten the sandwich but it was a big mess. This place lacks of consistency with other stores. Next time I will drive the extra mile.
Meh definitely hit or miss. I've watched them make my coffee and forget ingredients only to dump them at the end when I asked. Um, not cute, SB.
The staff was very welcoming and sociable. Prices were good.
If you drive thru is open your lobby should be open. It's Saturday 530pm. We walked over a mile with the kids. Called and they wouldn't open up.Pretty lame.
I had to visit this store on a day they closed the lobby, weren't accepting mobile orders and were serving only via drive thru ?. The drive thru line was long but seemed to go quickly. When I looked in my rear view mirror as I was leaving, the line was longer than when I got into it.To be fair, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Perhaps the vibe and wait time would be better when they are fully open (patio, indoor and curbside for mobile orders). There was no explanation for closing the lobby so can't speak about that..
It took over 10 minutes to get our order. There were over 6 people working on the floor, and the counters were dirty. No one was wiping the counters off
