Quick. Friendly. Efficient. My favorite Starbucks location for my caffeine fix.
This place literally makes up prices as they go. My wife goes there all of the time and orders a water with a small scoop of strawberries dropped in. Usually they just charge .50, but today they tried charging $4. The iced tea on the order was cheaper, and when questioned they simply said “take it up with management” and walked away. I called shortly after, because I was curious and asked someone on the phone (I think the same person) how much it would cost for the same item and their response was $3.75.The people at this location are making up prices off the top of their head and respond like jerks when you ask them about it.
The entire store is a kiosk. Interesting design but works well for current environment. Coffee was good!!
Closed I Guess The Area Isn’t Safe For BusinessPlus the Coffee here at this location isn’t that great only when I’m in a hurry and apparently there closed for safety reasons
The drive-thru experience here is often wild, but the people working inside are heroes and deserve raises. Always super friendly, never had a drink issue.
Another great chain that never disappoints no matter what location I visit. Great customer service and great food. Thanks
The lady at the drive thru was super rude. I tried taking a story for instagram with my coffee and she thought I took a photo of her and asked me to delete it. She was not even in the picture but she insisted and to still delete it and when I did, she remarked that I made a face while doing it. Whats wrong with this horrible woman. Too bad I didn’t get her name but for sure its not how you treat customers especially when I was even being polite to her. I get it, she might be unhappy but everyone gets to have a bad day too. Service sucks big time.
