They run out of Cold Brew... honestly, get it together... sometimes the drinks are great and sometimes they aren't... and when they aren't there's no end to the attitude the staff will throw. If it was more consistent wouldn't get my hopes up.
I wanted a warm drink but no coffee. The person taking the order suggested hot tea with honey. It was a mint herbal tea and it hit the spot ?
The music is horrible and so loud the barista could barely take my order. Maybe it's up so loud so people don't stay inside?
Went to this Starbucks to get a cup of coffee decaf and I was told they don't Brew decaf coffee all day only in the morning
I put in a mobile order for DT, but that line was too long! I guess the baristas wait for you to confirm at the speaker to make the drink. I wasn't aware of this when I went inside to pick it up because my drink was not made until they confirmed it was my order. The two ladies that helped me were very nice. This is the nearest location to work but it was so congested getting off the freeway exit due to overpass construction and lane closures. So, if you're not familiar with this area, try a different location.
This place usually embodies a fair amount if chaos. I'd say a lot of that comes from the kind of customer that comes to this location, a lot of whom have the poor workers brow beaten. Still, not super clean and messed up orders from time to time.
a very clean place the friend who attended me very nice, polite and was looking for a way to talk and serve me in the best way he could I appreciate his attention
