Worst Frappe I've ever had! Charge me more but make the drink taste good. It's been multiple times my drink taste like water.
Tend to struggle with communication, not directly anyone's fault.. mask doesn't allow a clear speech on both sides and with the machine noise and music background it makes it harder.. I've placed orders and had to go back and claim items not prepared
Jackie! Jackie! Jackie!Okay now that I’ve gotten that off my chest, I love this starbucks. Every single barista is packed with personality and it is such a pleasure to go there. I always get a warm welcome and Jackie even draws a little paw and writes my dogs name on her pupppacino (pictured below) . She always goes above and beyond! ???I’ve called corporate to give her a compliment but she hasn’t heard anything and I hope they see this.Oh and Mike, Jared, Else.. I wish I had a better memory to call them out by name but unfortunately I do not! Just give that whole team a raise. And NO I can’t say this about any other Starbucks. To have a whole team of awesome people is truly one of a kind!
When you literally come here 5 times a week and order the same thing. Not only do they get it wrong they argue about it at the window. There's a big difference between ice blended and over ice. Apparently not to them. Avoid if at all possible.
Good customer service needs some improvement, they ask for my name so was confused about my order other than that good experience good music ,good coffeeHad pistachio coffee and a feta spinach wrap.Dine in only with vaccine card
Worst Starbucks I've been to.1. There are no outlets. Laptop died during a meeting and I look around, they're all covered up.2. Was standing at the register trying to order a grilled cheese and no one acknowledged me for while.3. It took them 15 minutes to make my unsweetened black iced tea. And then I found a hair in it.
The patio is awesome, we had the entire thing to ourselves which is so important during the pandemic. An added bonus the staff is wonderful!

Mannnn shout out the the guy directing traffic at this location. Definitely deserves a raise and Christmas bonus (you know you got the money starbucks) he makes that place run smooth as far as traffic flow. Before him it was like watching monkeys escape a zoo. "Common sense is not so common" how out to #smoothoperator a true unsung hero.
