Al pastor and chicken had more flavor than carne asada tacos. Good for a quick bite, food and drinks were $32 for 4 people.
Best Tacos in town. Love everything I’ve had there.
Not a fan of the restaurant I grow up getting my tacos from the truck before it got it's own parking lot location on San Fernando Road. Always loved the truck would go out of my way to visit it. Restaurant was like Koren BBQ concept of tacos get a plate of meat and a stack of tortillas and make them yourself. Not a fan but im not good with change.
The cashier was cold and rude. The cooks made eye contact with me twice (I’m black). Then they laughed and went to back out of site only to return with a piece of meat they used for my food. I did not eat my food after. Not sure why I was treated this way I will not return there ever. Black People beware of shifty eye cooks in NOHO I’ve been sick before at other restaurants in the area.
Best tacos hands down
It wasn't great. The meat had no flavor. It's pretty hard to mess up tacos and tortas but it was all bland.
The burrito was really good for the price. It was only 8 bucks (with tax) but was pretty damn nice. They let you substitute some ingredients and are pretty welcoming.Speedy service too and they let you sit down to eat.
BORING NACHOS. I got home and opened the container that held my nachos, and seen nothing but store bought fake chips (not tortilla chips) drowned in nacho cheese sauce topped with meat and nothing else! What the heck is that?! Real mexican nachos have tomato, Jack cheese, avocado, cilantro, onions and salsa. These nachos were boring and soggy. I removed the "chips" and was left with about a scoop of meat, then added onions, cilantro and tomatoes myself.
Really good tacos best in town. And the shrimp ceviche is really good. The price is better than other places.
I really loved their food. I always get good service here. The place is always clean and the staff members are always very friendly. Highly recommended.
