they ran out of chicken at 9 pm...
Worse place to go.. manager and male cashier were as hell.. told the cashier I wanted everything fresh.. ???? My popcorn shrimp were old and ?.. went back to complain and get fresh of the Fryer… I left thinking I got fresh shrimp, only the top part were fresh.. the bottom part were the old one I gave her… not only did they f#*@ up my order.. they also f#*@ed up on few more orders…
Excellent quality and staff. Easy drive-thru. While I don't use the app to order, I do use its coupon/discount codes
Gave me chicken with full on feathers on them and didn’t have half the things on the menu
Internet said open till 10:00pm. Arrived 9:33pm. Dining area was closed. Door sign said close at 10:00. They did not let me on. People were rude from the inside.
Eatting while driving is hard. Chicken sandwich and fries were great. No ice in tea yuck . No points on rewards unless you buy online

Came to get a spicy chicken sandwich, salad and fries. But I guess their cook wasn’t in his best time because unfortunately the chicken sandwich I’ve had was literally cracking in my mouth..you guys need to pay more attention to your food.
Not so good experience turned great due to the excellent customer service and team leader "Alaska". Chicken wings of chicken wing dinner extremely small. Called and spoke to the manager, I call him Alaska. He was accommodating and offered me a variety of options. This restaurant is walking distance from my house so its good to know someone cares about customer service.
Pro-Tip. Avoid going from 5-7pm. That line gets SERIOUS around that time, also, there is an alley way that leads to this Popeyes, it’s annoying because it is NOT a part of the drive-thru yet people come from that alley and try to squeeze by or God forbid cut in line. If you want to avoid that foolishness try going before or after 5pm-7pm
