Ordered a box meat lovers with chicken instead of ham and a spicy pepperoni. Never got the spicy and the squar pizza had ham. Email receipt says i ordered a box and the pizza. They come to deliver and its only a box with ham........ called the north Hollywood lankershim store to get my order fixed and the dude said i didn't order a spicy pep even though my 44 dollar receipt says i did and its spelled out on the email. The store manager was willing to fall on his sword to deny me a fix. Called the 800 number and was on the phone with customer support. Then when the store employee came back to the phone 30 minutes later to find out im on a pc call with their corporate then a replacement pizza and refund was offered. Scared at this point and 2 hours after i Ordered the pizza they would spit on it I only asked for a refund. Then he asked for cc and security number. Was like nope so you can use my address and security code to order online using my info. I asked money to be returned to the online order and he refused sayin he would need all my cc including security code. While he has my address yeah aint happening. Will most likely have to charge back the meal. Thanks for messing 420 up Pizza hut on a pizza that cost you less than a few bucks to make.
Pizza was dry with almost no cheese and the pasta was all burnt!!! Are u seriously getting paid for this ????
The pizza really did not have any sauce. It was very dry. The chicken Alfredo had the same issue.
The pasta was flavorless same and the pizza was cold and the packager was wet
don't know why ....but pizza ANY pizza has ALWAYS given me a HUGE HARD-ON but this place is ESPECIALLY NICE???????
Food is good but they charge a service fee even if you pick it up your self so that 10$' pizza is a 13$ pizza
Sent me a raw pizza.
I ordered 8 boneless wings and 3 of them were tiny and 2 of them were massive and the other 3 the expected size. The inconsistency made it a bit unappetizing I guess but I get that there will be some variation just did not expect that much. Additionally, we got the Pan pizza and it looked different this time. Initially I thought we had a normal pizza given to us but then I noticed it was just a flatter version of the Pan pizza which I found a bit odd. Everything tasted just fine though. I always need to heat my pizza in the oven a bit more to get a bit crispier crust. I wish there was an option to request for the pizza to be "well done"
Make better tasting food.
The man working at 7:00 pm on Wednesday September 1st deserves a raise! He was nice, fast, funny and seemed like he actually cared about his job!
