This place was the worst service ever at a pizza hut. They should be ashamed of their staff. I called for help multiple times no one came. Then I here the staff arguing about how they're not working the front counter. I can see them on their phones not doing anything. I recommend no one to visit this location. The manager on duty was no help either. Shame and disappointment for a company to have employees like this.
The price of the pizzas are increasing and the amount of toppings is significantly decreasing. You order a large pizza and several slices had only one and a half pieces of pepperoni per slice. The veggies were also sparse and you can see how thinly sliced they are nowadays. It may be a sign of the times but I will pay more money for a decent pizza. My thinking is that if a company wants to increase their profits, they should attempt to acquire more customers through quality and customer service. Cutting costs for the bottom line doesn't always work if it makes your product undesirable.
My kids favorite place to order pizza ? especially stuff crust pizza.

These people are incompetent. Websites doesn’t work, the representatives have no idea what’s happening. It’s baffling there is such a disconnect between the website and the people in store. I’m so confused. This place sucks.
There was a hair in my pizza. Totally unacceptable. Highly disappointed because I love pizza hut and the stuffed crust is phenomenal but the hair was so off-putting that I was unable to eat any of my food I ordered.
Make better pizza. Over the years your pizza has degraded to the point where it is now on the level of frozen pizzas available at your local grocers. The sad thing is that now most of those frozen pizzas outclass the offerings available at Pizza Hut.
Ordered to go the pizza was cold and the crust was hard as a rock like it probably been sitting for a while never again will I go there again
The food was good as usual, though they stopped cutting the chocolate cookie into slices, it’s just one giant cookie now. What I don’t like is all the service charges they keep tacking onto the bill, even if we do pick up.
