Freshness and taste were excellent! We picked up the fish from the van so there were no issues with packaging. This was the best salmon I’ve had - EVER!
It is similar to restaurant mode except for the limited sides that you can get from your pantry (things you normally add at the restaurant). Here’s the kicker, the fish is amazing. The fish at the restaurants isn’t as delicious or fresh. Will buy again or learned to build on my own. Lesson - it is eat at the same day purchased. I saved the other half for the next day, the fish was not as good and the avocado actually was melting considering it is vacuum packed.
Just amazing! Fresh, didn't smell fishy at all! Shipped overnight from LA to NYC, not frozen, packed super well and fish was COLD, refrigerator cold!
This was so good I wanted to immediately order more. As soon as it arrived, I cooked the trout. It has sooo much flavor. As long as this company maintains their high standards, I can't imagine ordering from anywhere else, ever again!

I just discovered your Nordic Snack Cod Jerky Bites and am pleased to add them to my keto regimen! My favorite way of eating them (so far) is to brown for a minute in the toaster oven and then top with softened butter, as per your suggestion, and a pinch of finishing salt: a coddy Melba toast cracker. ???
This fish is AMAZING. I have never had anything as "melt in your mouth" as this salmon! Highly recommend this Salmon!
Received my first order in the mail yesterday and I was blown away by the amount of fish I received and just how perfectly packaged it was. There was next to no waste and I even saved the ice packs for later use. But going back to the fish, the portions are perfect for (1) person (with a good sized appetite) and you can even squeeze enough for (2), and OMG, I tried the marinated (maple glazed I believe) Salmon right out of the box and it was incredible. Such a difference when compared to supermarket, pre-frozen and I know for a fact, I would never be able to buy as much as i got for the price I paid. The value is definitely there. Can't wait to try out the others that I got!
The best fresh salmon money can buy. Consistency. Service is always a five. I love my experiences with Nordic and can always be assured it’s the most fresh and will be fuel for my body. I love salmon and I am super picky - like everyone else attests Nordic is the only way!
As soon as I got back from my Iceland trip I was on a mission to find cured salmon back home. That's how I came across Nordic Catch. The quality and taste of both the gravlax and their lox is top!
