It is very bad! I went to get a breakfast at 440am. When I stopped at the drive thru, the speaker asked," Are you going to use app. today?" I firmly answered, " No" For the next a few seconds I waited and waited. I was thinking maybe it is not opened. As I go through the #2 window, I saw that the lights were on and a person was working. I backed up my vechicle, the worker came up to the window but did not open the window. I asked the person several times, "Are you open? The worker looked at me & finally nodding her head up and down. I interpreted this as being opened.The next a few minuates. She stacked up cups & covers. I am thinking maybe it will open in a few minuates. Another worker appeared and stacking more cups.I looked straight at them. No sign of opening. It is very important to communicate very clearly to the customers: #1) we are open or close#2) if it is open later & whenNot all Macdonals aren't like this one. The one Macdonld in the city of commerce located in Washington Blvd they communicate to you very Cleary. When you approach the drive through speakers ? it tells you that we will be opening in 5 minuates or 515am. We are close. Sometime there is a paper posted Stating that the resturant is close.Again I understand if it is closed. Just please communicate very clearly. If it open later say it. Don't give me very ambiguous sign by nodding head up and down & no indication of opening. It is very poor service.
Terrible service! Did drive thru and once I was ready to pay I noticed they forgot to add items because it seemed to cheap(their screen wasn't displaying ordrr to verify order was correct) Had to wait extra time to get them added and dropped off to my car. Once I got home I realized they forgot 1 out of the 4 combos I ordered the first time around. Waist of time. Never going to this location again.
Very nice and clean location, went a bit late around 10:30. Got kicked out at 11 apparently they close the dinning room at 11. But says open till 1:00 am but other then that I can't complain
Very poor service from Drive Thru. They just couldn't seem to get simple requests completed correctly.
Almost all Mickey'Ds are pretty much the same. One major difference is staffing. I stood and watched my food get cold for about 7 minutes because there seemed to be only one person working the counter. I noticed people in the back look at my bag, some opened it or rolled it closed, several times. I just could not figure out why on the second or third time they could not figure out that they could just bring it out front. When the counter person finally did give me my order it was with 6 other orders. $16 / hour, starting pay.
I can't believe that this place really allows customers to exceed the time limit and not served as customers that's paying money. The manager here that wear glasses very racist. I can't believe that McDonald's hire people in this category with attitudes and very racist. May I say very discriminated and African American cultures people are over look in general. Hispanics at this location I've seen wait no longer than 5 minutes and be served properly this needs to change. And I will no longer be spending my money at McDonald's especially where I'm not respected at.
Messy, slow, unkept employees, cold ish fries...Don't eat there.
I tried to use my deals on my app , and both manager and a cashier couldnt figure out how to submit my deal. Until a good cashier with no attitude helped me out. With no problems. I wish i can rwmember his name. All i can say is he was short about 5'5" latino or middle eastern. Short hair , very calm , looked book smart but besides that he was very calm and polite. With no problem got my deal. I was in there for like an hr. Until good guy came thru.
My iced coffee was gross and bitter and barely sweet at all but my food was alright. Everything there lately is more expensive than I think it's worth.
Drive through line obstructs access to curbside pick up spaces. If you park there to pick up, you can't get out of the space afterwards, because everyone in line to order drive through is in your path. They need to do pick up spaces on the other side of the building. I'm not going to wait in the drive through line, otherwise what is the point of ordering ahead on the app? I had to go inside for my sandwiches, because they couldn't see a vehicle in the spaces that the camera points at.
