They pretty much empty so not sure why they’re customer service was terrible. 1 poor girl had been waiting for her order for about 20 minutes.It took 10 minutes for someone to come and take my order. Should have gone through the drive through.Ordered the famous bowl. Mash potatoes and gravy were so flavorless. Chicken was good.
Had an absolutely awful experience today. Order 16 piece online Got there and they told me I had a wait 30 minutes I left I came back 30 minutes later they were closed only the drive-through was open When I got to the window they told me they didn't have my order I called grubhub and I canceled I reordered a 16 piece And they told me they couldn't give me that they only had 8 piece and had no biscuits Only cookies so I said that's fine When I got home there was no thighs just legs and wings We'll never go to that Kentucky Fried Chicken ever again Can't believe they do this to their customers and think they could get away with it I wanted to give it 0 stars but it didn't let me so I had to give it a one... (BEWARE) of this Kentucky Fried Chicken On Roscoe!!!?
Service is okay but KFC just tase so salty. You better drink a gallon of water to equalize.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich big box meal, didn't come with sides, no receipt to check. No utensils even when asked. But hey, got a drink carrier for the 2 drinks.
I like KFC. IMO, their chicken and cole slaw are the best. Mashed potatoes w/gravy, biscuits are good too. I prefer the regular crispy over the extra crispy. Both are just as good as the other but I like the regular. The employees were polite, didn't have to wait for our food and that's always a +.
There's something always missing in my order.. Don't like how they over charged me and they do not give you a receipt.
10.30am 1-16-2022 went to this KFC had to repeat my order multiple times still got it incorrect. I ordered a famous bowl with no corn and got it with corn and no utensils to eat with it. They are most incompetence employees ever never go back.
Every time I go here my experience is HORRIBLE!!!! Today I order 6 wings and all the wings were dried out and NASTY! Not sure why they don’t pull the OLD chicken and provide guest with FRESH food. This has to stop. I paid $30.00 for food I could have gotten out a dumpster for free.
This place keeps getting worse. Customer service is always horrible. Tried to order but the person taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself and than I would hear laughing in the background. Girl at the window had such an attitude with me when I asked to confirm my order. Which wasn't correct. Asked for a receipt but was told no that I should've asked for it when I handed my card to her. Never going back.
Ordered the Nashville hot chicken and what they gave me was just chicken tenders will not be coming here again the workers are so greedy with the sauce!!!
