This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately that’s the lowest. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional the employees are overly rude and their service is awful. First time I went there I taught maybe they were having a bad day let me give another try, but I guess not, because this is the fourth time and they are getting worse by the minute. When you ask for their names or the managers name they won’t give it to you because they know what they are doing is wrong. I hope the manager will read the review and try to train those people on their customer service skills otherwise you will loose business.

This place never disappoints...service is always good!!! During covid this was the place to eat!
This location always has great customer service. I order ahead as well as order in store and both ways work smoothly. I go here often and definitely rack up my points as much as possible
Get it Mike's way! Nice clean place and friendly staff and food is great. I get the number 13 Italian sub. If you dont see anything on menu you like they will make it for you. Tip them and they ring the bell and all say thank you!
I went there about 2 months ago and the way food was handle it was disgusting. The gentle man that looks like a surfer was charging the customers as well as touching the subs he dint change his gloves I have it on video I just don’t want to put him on the spot . When I got home I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explain to him what had happen I told him I was not going to eat my food I ask him if I can bring the food back and get a refund he said unfortunately we can’t do that but I can sent you some Mike’s cards I said great he ask me for my info and I gave it to him till this day I have not received anything. I know it tock me 2 months to put this up but I had Surgery and my husband did too I did not had the time to put this up sooner but now I want to know where are my cards. don’t lie to people just to get them off your back that’s not right. I will not go back to this restaurant any time soon is unhealthy how they handle food with the same gloves they touch your subs.
Friendly people here. Sandwiches always fresh and made well. The chocolate chip cookies are really why I come here, though! ?
