Employees are nice but this location is otherwise not that great. The last two times I have come in it feels like the heater is on despite being like 80 degrees outside. Last thing I want to do is stand in a sauna while getting my sub. This last time I came in the soda fountain was also completely flat.I recommend going to another location or a different sandwich shop over visiting this location.
I love Jersey Mike's... Just NOT this one. I have had problem after problem here. I came in one night and asked for a lot of onions and was told "no" that they had to save onions since they were almost out. Next time I came in, I asked for my cheese on the side and again, "no" and no reason given. That same time, I asked for four sandwiches and AGAIN, "no" because they had to "save the bread". This was the same girl every single time, who just had the most negative attitude and should never work customer service. As someone who worked at a different Jersey Mike's location and has other retail experience, she was completely and truly terrible. We literally stopped coming to this Jersey Mike's because of her and instead drive nearly twice as far so I can ACTUALLY get what I order. I mean, how can you deny someone sandwiches and onions??
A month ago I sent an email on the customer service site stating there was a serious issue with a sandwich I ordered and you know how many responses I got? Zero. No wonder their Better Business Bureau score is a D+.
try my secret OFF THE MENU ITEM the #99 With light jalapeños. Thank me later. ( HOT SUB ) takes 10 minutes to make, call ahead. ? ?
A business, surviving through a pandemic. I tried calling in an order at 9:30 because this jersey Mike's is one of the only open until 10 P.M phones rang no answer. I drove and tried to open the front door at 9:49 P.M. and it was already locked. Open sign on lights on everything cleaned. The employee should have been let go home early for the holiday not ignoring people with locked doors
I’m in loved with Mike’s Subs!BUT guys in this location know nothing about custom service.Last time they started my sub, and in middle way sad “oh, we don’t have the lettuce”.If you don’t have something you SHOULD say about this BEFORE you started, cause customer will pay full price.Never again in this place.

I've never been disappointed at this location. Friendly and fast staff and the food always tastes fresh.
I love their sandwiches and have been a Jersey Mike's fan for years. The low rating is because of this specific location (Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood.) I went in tonight, ordered, and paid. It was getting dark outside and I was by myself. I pointed to a handicapped table in the very far corner and politely asked the workers if I could sit inside and eat explaining that I was alone and I felt uncomfortable outside in the dark with my purse. Mind you this was past the "rush hour" and I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. They told me "No if you want to eat here, you can eat outside." I told them I was vaccinated and I was scared to sit outside since it was now dark and as I was paying I could see out the window that there were now three sketchy looking guys outside hanging around the table area. The workers looked at me like I had 10 heads. Needless to say, I scarfed down my sandwich while constantly looking over my shoulder and left. Beware, this is not a place you want to go to at night as they do not let you sit inside. I will be going to a different location in the future.
Although this Mike's isn't in the busiest or largest shopping centers...it sure can get busy. I noticed a lot of internet and phone orders. Small parking lot shared with Pets Mart Unleashed, some street(metered) parking also.The dining room was closed, not sure why. Had to eat in my car parked by the curb, now theres little bits of sandwich are all over my car now.
