Manager on site 06/28 10:30pm does not know how to do her job . I’ve gone to countless Jamba juices with the fundraiser card I got from my little brother and she would not enter the discount in to the system kept telling me that I had to go online when out of the dozen of times I’ve gone to Jamba Juice in Burbank , West Hollywood and here they did not give me any issues all they did was take the card had someone help them enter the code in and poke a hole. No, this manager would not honor the fundraiser card. Will be leaving a Better Business Bureau review.

30 min before closing and the customer service was on point. Empty did not wait more than 10 min for my order. Clean facility, Parking could be in issue right in NoHo District
I have absolutely no patience for people who don’t/refuse to do their job. If you don’t have customer service skills where you can work with people and/or de-escalate situations instead of escalating, don’t work in a customer-interfacing position; I’m sure the Nature Conservancy or the zoo is hiring. If a customer comes in fine and dandy but leaves with a desire to contact the store owner, that is something on your end; you never make the customer more upset by making facial expressions or being aggressive when they feel you aren’t properly doing your job. When a paying customer attends your store and you decide to match their attitude, you need to take a step back and re-evaluate; they don’t work there, you do. It is your job to be professional. No one cares about your policies when you are making a smoothie that is barely more than half full. I have been to at least a dozen Jamba Juices over the past four years and I always order the same thing— I have a brain injury that I got while building with Habitat for Humanity and it has left my diet restricted. Not a single Jamba Juice has ever had a problem using the ingredients I can eat (as others send me to the emergency room) to fill the entire cup of the smoothie. I am disgusted by the attitude by Sheyla and her manager Kate, especially when I asked for the contact of the owner of the store and was given a fake email address. I know everyone is just trying to make ends meet with the pandemic, but if you can’t interact with people without causing discord and for them to walk away from your establishment disgusted, you don’t need to work in the service industry. Animals are amazing and you can find a better job working with them where you can have all the facial expressions you want. I don’t tolerate or take sh*t from anyone. And I’m not going to accept it from Jamba Juice. I only write reviews for two reasons: to discourage and warn others from frequenting a business or to encourage them to. I hate when it’s the former. So disappointing. I will never come to this location again.
i was 6 months pregnant craving a waffle. i was also on my lunch so when they gave me my order i quickly left and once i got to my destination i excitedly took out my waffle and it was stuck onto the wrapper. once i grabbed it i saw it was all burned. hormones were so crazy i started crying for that waffle that i had been craving so badly
Feel like I have FOOD POISONING- If I could rate zero stars I would. First of all I’ve been to a lot of Jamba Juices and order a medium size & always got it in the plastic Jamba Juice Cup on the Larger side since medium cups are out of stock. Now going to this location they have skinny paper cups. This upset me so much even after reading their little paper of inconvenience… why would I want to go there and receive a paper cup after spending like 6 bucks… secondly I didn’t even try the drink since it was obviously to go & boy was it sour! I order the new coffee drink with coconut since I’m highly allergic to other stuff & it was sour!!!! All night me and my sister had a sharp pain in our stomachs!!!! It Literally made us both SUPER SICK, I feel like I have FOOD POISONING from Jamba Juice… I should of knew when they put my drink into some carnival cup it was gonna be all bad!!!! When we ordered before it was sweet and it was not sweet at all!
This Jamba is usually ok but it’s been inconsistent lately. My order has been incorrect now twice in a row and when I spoke to the manager Leslie she had 0 remorse about the situation. She ignored my concerns and made it seem like she didn’t care. I order here at least 3 times a week and spend too much money here for them to be so nonchalant about a customer being unhappy. Instead of offering me to keep the drink that was made wrong for the inconvenience or a form of a credit, she took pleasure in throwing out the drink and wasting my time to make a new one because “it would be quick”. Honestly it’s her bad attitude for me. Even if that’s the policy she didn’t have to be so rude about it.BESIDES LESLIE, every employee here is usually very nice and friendly.
Pretty inhumane that they don't allow PAYING customers to use the restroom. I stoped buying anything there because businesses should not be doing this
