What an amazing 1st experience!! The person taking orders was amazing. He made my 1st Jack In the Box experience amazing. He suggested me few things to try and was kind enough to give me extra sauces. Would recommend this place to all
I ordered and paid for an ultimate cheeseburger meal and a jumbo jack meal and got neither. Instead i received chicken. It didn't taste bad, just wasn't what i ordered.

Honestly the food quality wasn’t great. I’ve been there twice. I don’t eat fast food much but both times I went I got one of the chicken sandwiches and the chicken was super dry almost cooked too much. Not burnt but it was tough and the sandwich didn’t have enough mayonnaise on it. Just felt like poor quality unlike other jack in the boxes I’ve had in the past

The one on Van Nuys is complete trash, they prove anyone can be racist. They play games at the window no other place does that. No need to go there anymore. $15.00 an hour to be incompetent and act like the world owes you. This place has no respect.

The cashier at the drive through was rude. The girl needs to be removed from the position. She should be somewhere were she does not have to any contacts with customers.
They were cool at the window food was on the money
Drive through is very limited in space , and it's pretty hard to get back out on the main road. To conjested with all the businessses in the small space. I wouldnt recommend it if you need to get in and out in a hurry.
