This is my first visit to LA, so maybe I am comparing it with Bay Area.The food is as same as any other Jack in the box. Somehow I didn't feel that it was as clean as bay area ones. This place has limited parking (4 on each side) and these parking lots are also in between the Drive Thru. If you have to back up from the parking lot, you have to wait until the Drive Thru line is empty or cars move up to the ordering window. Other drivers who were entering into the Drive Thru weren't yielding to the cars in the parking lot. The restrooms are only open to those who buy food and they were not clean.
Went to many Jack in the Box areas but DANG. I normally do not write reviews about fast food restaurants because they are a chain with okay service however, this is the worst Jack in the Box. The workers at the drive thru did not say hello or acknowledge me, and the chicken sandwich tasted uncooked and hard as well as the water downed coffee. I bet these are the workers who expect wanting to get paid more but the pay does not match up with their service. Joke in the Box.
Super kind late night staff. Went into drive thru a little after 10:30 on Saturday and the woman working the window was amazing. Got the food out quick and it tastes great.
One of the worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to. Fries weren't cooked through and were soggy and cold, and our burgers were made so poorly, everything was just thrown on top of each other, cheese not even completely on the sandwich, half of it sticking to the box. At that point, we didn't trust eating them, as it's clear the cooks don't care at all. Waste of Money smh.
Pretty good J in the B. My curly fried were cold and they gave me like a small size when I ordered a medium... But everything else was hot and fresh... Don't skimp me on the curly fries next time! Cook more curly fries, no reason why you should be runnin' out, Mr. Fry Cook!
The place was clean even bathroom , manager at the front desk was so polite and respectful, he took my orders perfectly and brought the foods for me in reasonable time.
It’s a hit or miss with this place, when they are open. They close randomly, so it’s a gamble. The staff is pretty friendly and the service is quick despite the long lines.
It’s fast food. Nothing significantly special, but nothing that makes me run away either. If you’re eating fast food I hope it’s only because you want something quick and easy, not because that’s what you normally eat
Rude employee who messed up our order and kept hanging up on us. Would not resolve our issues.
Lol it's jack in a box. We all have a weakness when you visit a location you have nit been to in a while.
