Such an unpleasant experience,I do not recommend this drink ,nothing to do with it , as you would expect in the boba time that is in burbank ???? I lost my money in the trash because I did not ???

As a pregnant woman, I always craved boba time and I became a regular until I wasn't able to use the restroom due to covid? We are no longer wearing masks yet the restroom is locked and for employees only? I believe staff finds it easier to not have restrooms accessible. I believe laws arent followed here and more of a preference. When asked, staff was rude about it. It's terrible. I decided to get my boba elsewhere.

Very bad customer service. Sold the wrong drink to me and my GF and even when asked to replaced they were rude. A business that does not respect its customers isn’t deserved to be called a business

I usually like it's boba times drinks, but the hokaido flavor doesn't taste like anything. I had to ask for my drink to be remade with more flavor and even then I barley tasted anything. It was better than the first drink but still lacking alot of flavor. The milk teas other than taro and Thai tea need an upgrade. The hokaido drink I got ( butterscotch flavor) tasted like water and a little bit of a bitter taste. Doesn't remind me of butterscotch at all.But at least I'm glad they remade the drink for me
