While visiting from Texas I asked my daughter why each time we passed the lines were ridiculously long and I was told "because they're burgers are that good." My Texas raised daughter has lost sight of a real burger.While it was tasty, it was a regular burger. While I loved their prices, which are cheaper than Wendy's, they really need to do better about their fries. I felt as if I was eating the shoe string potato sticks from my youth and I barely are any. The shake was also less than desirable but at least now I know.
Ha... "How was your experience at In'n'out Burger?" Google you silly goose. It's the same, at every location and it's amazing. Voted best fast food burger by Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsay. I order it as it was designed to be ordered, and it's great every single time. Reasonably fast for the crazy line.The one thing I will say about this location is the drive through is always.. ALWAYS full with a crazy long line. Just go park and order at the window, it's faster.
This location is GREAT because it's on Lankershim which is easily to get to. There is a great parking lot and if it's full (especially the evenings and weekends) their is FREE street parking with NO hassles. I love this location because of these reasons.The Food is always consistently good and it's a true California treat.I still love how the food comes out in the small box with the infamous In and Out wrapping for the burgers! Every time you order, the food is hot, fresh and you can bet you're gonna have a GREAT meal.MY COMPLAINTS.. The lines are too long. I feel they are being cheap with not hiring more staff or building and "addition" to make this pop up style restaurant bigger. This location is notorius for long lines.I have deliberately driven right pass because I have the time or want to deal with hassle of a long drive thru line!!!Also, prices are starting to increase. The thing about "In n' Out" is the cheap fast food and I'm NOW seeing a BIG increase in pricing.To pay $2.70 for a medium milkshake is ridiculous and the burgers are about $1 more from about 3 or 4 years ago.... in comparison to this being a private company owned by one woman, MRS. LYNSI SYNDER who is living in a $16 million home and gross revenues of slightly over $1 BILLION, what is the NEED to CONTINUE TO RAISE PRICES ON CUSTOMERS??????I'm seeing a pattern of "corporate greed" and she's forgetting (directly or indirectly), that WE the customers have stayed loyal to the In n' Out restaurant brand because of the cheap price and quality of the food. WE should NOT be punished by Lynsi wanting to raise prices!
it's always crowded but orders are processed real fast. I had the tomato wrap. I would recommend anyone to try it. in and out is a good place to grab a burger.

In-n-out was great!! When I go there I get a 3 by 3 That's a triple burger. Yum, yum! They sure are Good! Great fries too and so much more Like the excellent service %0
Great burger at a very cheap price! I am not sure how they do it. There was a huge line of cars in the drive-thru lane. This is worth the wait. Get the burgers animal style.
Service here is always amazing and friendly! They get the order right and the cheeseburgers always look exactly how they are promoted.
Been coming here for over a decade. Great service and burgers. Watch out for long lines....
You cannot beat an In-n-Out burger. The only thing is there's always a line .... ALWAYS!
