I live in the neighborhood and thought I would come check out this new IHOP. Well, I walked in and ask to be seated. They did not request a vaccination card or ID. When I sat down, I asked to speak to the manager. He insisted that by /county and federal guideline, they were suppose to ask. When he left my table, he went to the counter and let the 2 host know this. The staff were all wearing mask from what I could see. I stayed because I did come in the middle of the afternoon and there weren't many people here. I ordered the pancake combo. The original pancakes, eggs, sausage, and bacon had very little taste to it. The service by the waitress was about average. I live in the neighborhood and this isn't the type of IHOP I would bring my family and friends too. I can't wait to get the bill, pay, and leave. It's so not a $20.02 meal. Not again.
The girl who attended me and my friend spoke English and Spanish for both of us so that was amazing. We went in the middle of the night and attention was good. Five star because their bathroom were very clean and i was surprised for that
The food took about 45 minutes to get to our table. Also, my order was not correct. They seemed to have some issue in the kitchen. This should have been communicated to us. We noticed others who came in after us got there food before us.
Fast service and very safe booths. Loved the protection between booths. Food was very delicious.
Took to long to get service , orders were wrong and we asked to tea and got ice water.I know it's a new location and they probly have many new employees, but c'on man.
This restaurant was so Awesome! The whole Staff was friendly and very helpful! Blanca was our Beautiful, Professional, Courteous hostess and so fun to be around! She delivered Top Notch food and All were Happy! Thx!
The IHOP I used to love has change so much their menu everything and ia ridiculous expensive for the drinks and food. I've been to 2 different ones and it was the same experience. :(
It was a very rich dinner and the attention was very pleasant, helpful and the place was very pleasant and clean. I liked this relaxed eating in this place. I recommend it.
Waitress just got all of our order wrong the dishes are EXTREMELY dirty and there’s so many staff and non are attentive! Food quality is HORRIBLE.
It was very clean and it felt like I was in good company. First my friend and I were laughing hysterically our waitress had no clue what we were laughing about but she felt the need to join us in our laughter witch made us laugh even more. It was enjoyable, my only issue was our dinner table way to close and they were too small for two adults two sit and have dinner other than that loved it
