Quong is a bonafide (cash only) local gem! You can tell immediately how much he loves his customers, and the level of care he puts into providing fresh, delicious chinese food! He is a one-man operation like other reviews said, so there are days he closes up shop early or may not have the exact order you want--but it only means his ingredients are fresh, and he needs to close the storefront early to clean. HOWEVER, if you call him, even past 7pm and he's there--he will still cook for you and wait for you!! We placed a take out order at 7pm, and he told us to swing by the back door--and in 10 mins, there he was waiting for us with our order in hand! This is the real deal Chinese take-out, folks--and I don't say that often.

Owner needs to update their hours. Nothing displayed on the window and the door is locked. I was here at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. I will change my review once I have a clear statement of when they are open.

I like this restaurant! They serve delicious food, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is an expert, I like a lot trying all their food. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the customers is good. I visit often this place and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.
