Unfortunately, not great. The eel cut roll was extremely skimpy--teeny little pieces of eel in the center, with a sloppy, huge glob of it in the last piece--and the color of the spicy tuna was suspicious. The smell was that strongly sour fish odor as well, not like fresh fish. I got so worried that it was going to make me sick that I didn't finish. Swing & a miss.
Where do I start this place is absolutely fantastic they definitely pass the vibe check and the menu /service is great!
Went here on a recommendation and was not impressed with the food. This restaurant in downtown L.A. is quite inviting and very nicely decorated, I wished the food was just as good. The food was just ok, the best, really nothing special. Service was painfully slow and not very good. Overall a disappointment and a real miss.
Absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. 10/10
The place it's ok, the food is not good ?, so sad I was expecting something delicious a simple well done sushi, instead I had a hard bad cook octopus, salad miso soup and bad rolled sushisNot coming back ever again
They're OK just an average Non expensive sushi place They don't have quite a bit of stuff,
Poor quality- ridiculous prices. $13 for a tiny piece of low grade sea bass? Won’t make that mistake again. Their sushi rolls are 90% imitation crab with 10% of whatever the menu describes. Big disappointment.
This place is great, sushi is always fresh and yummy. Highly recommend.
I understand its a pandemic but they have no number to order to go and u can't even go place order step outside then just pick up and leave that's loosing business. Not coming back even if I had vaccine
Always happy with Fuguya Sushi. They haven't disappointed me in the over four years of ordering from them.
