The customer service is not good at all when they are busy. We had to wait 30 minutes and paid $30 only for both sandwiches were done wrong. I live 25 minutes away but I dont feel like driving back. I called to speak to a manager and they said that they dont have a manager and dont know when one will be around. Very unacceptable, I use to goto this location often but that will change. I gave it 2 stars because im nice.
Food was good, it just took a little longer than expected to get an order of 3 sandwiches. I'd suggest ordering ahead of time if you are in a hurry,
Always enjoy Firehouse. Had a coupon for a free sub, so I ended up getting the Hook & Ladder and a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar. Both sandwiches were great. I do miss the free pickle that they used to include with every sub.?

Firehouse North Hollywood is my fav for lunch! Major shout out to the great staff members Christian, Karina and Danny for their amazing customer service! I get consistent friendly service and my order is always correct with fresh ingredients. My favorite sandwich shop! I have tried other locations but this one is the best!! Keep up the amazing work! ? Sandwiches aren't as good as they used to be. They still seem to steam them as is normal but the quality of the deli meats aren't as impressive as they used to be. All things considered, it's now a no nonsense lunch spot. Quick and easy nonetheless.

We had an issue with an online order. I called the store and spoke with Colin. He told me that the next time we came in that he would rectify the issue. I went in today and he went above and beyond to take care of the previous mistake. Great manager and fantastic sandwiches.
Good food, good service, good environment. Friendly staff, nice easy location to find & get to.. If ever in the area again would definitely stop by again.
