Check you're food before you leave my food was only wrapped in uluminum foil and when I checked it was cold not even warm not gonna come back it was odd to me the employee didn't give me a receipt when I went Inside to ask the employee my order was off they I waited till they attended people afterwards they just looked at me like I was crazy waiting at the front.
Went to the drive-thru try to order a burrito and a cheese quesadilla but they didn't even bother to ring up the cheese quesadilla when I was clear about it. Never coming back to this place because their mic is terrible their speaker is terrible and the burrito wrapping was incredibly messy making it hard to actually get out without making a mess on its own. They didn't even give me the right burrito that I ordered which was supposed to be a chicken tinga but this is nothing like it and it was very little chicken in it.
No stars at all (selected 1 start to be able to post)! 2nd. time we've been to this place. First time no drinks were available and they did not want to refund us our drink money our tacos were just tossed into the plate, looked like chicken and tortillas and not tacos. Gave it another try today.Today's order, we asked for no rice on bowl combo and guess what? I got rice! I also asked no rice on Classic Tostada and again I got rice. Cashier Edith seems like she does not want to be there. Elizabeth person in charge (did not want to confirm if she was the manager) said we should call corporation and hung up when we called to let them know that our order was wrong and also we did not get the flour tortillas for our bowl.
Was a little busy as it was Cinco De Mayo but service was good and reasonable wait time for food.
My favorite healthy, fast-food Mexican restaurant in the greater LA area. I make sure to eat there every time I visit.
Poor customer service. The cashier is rude. He finished taking the order of the person in front of me and just walked away without saying anything. When he got back he was rude as if he hates his job and I was annoying him for trying to order. Then, he starts filling cups with rice and beans, his thumb IN the cups and wiped his hand on his pants. Handles cash and then the food. The receipt said Daniel

We have never been to a Pollo Loco and had very nice experience; everyone was very kind & patient in explaining the menu, and a girl on break even took the time to help us. We had the Meal for Two -- such a deal!
The servers here were just wonderful and we have great memories with them for they were entertaining us nicely. We also enjoyed the view of our delicious wine and lunch. You can bring all your friends here. Must try!
