Long wait to order even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. And can we talk about the mashed potatoes? You need to do better, El Pollo Loco. The mashed potatoes always seem to have a very weird texture lately... Likely from sitting out for hours. It's really off-putting. And please, for the love of God, stop burning the chicken! It's like chewing leather.
Pollo Loco is always good but this place has chemistry with all the workers , friendly and on top of it.
EB T pays for my food and and I was walking back to the apartment I was staying at and noticed El pollo loco and went in. I thought there tortilla soup was delicious and it was so filling that on my way back even though I had a very large burrito I had purchased I didn't I ended up giving it to a homeless man because it was warm and it was large and it was intactors so I don't know how that was but there's a homeless man that loves El poyo loco somewhere on the streets. I love the soup and their chips are delicious and their drinks are strong not water down it's a good place to have a kind of delicious meals for all kind of prices.
Worst peace of chicken I ever ate, it was very dry garbage. I got it around 7:30pm i guess they unloaded leftovers on me after 12 hr shift I was to tired to go back and throw it at their F!#$in faces.Check your orders folks make sure u dont pay for chicken jerki.

Went in for a Pollo bowl. Was marked up 2 dollars. Paid 7.46 for it. Got home and it was just beans. Drove back 3 miles only for the lady to throw it in the trash, say something about a perro to her workmates and gave me another bowl that was just lying there on the counter. I asked, soo when you add 2 dollars onto the menu did you improve it anyway? She said No.

Place is dirty. they are getting really cheap with the amount of salsa they give. worst of all their portions keep getting smaller and they charge more for the Pollo Bowl $6 when this is $5 in every other Pollo Loco locations. GO SOME WHERE ELSE
