The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered carryout online, and the order went through. They said pick up around 10:25 to 10:30, and when I went to go pick it up, they were closed. They didn't want to open the door and give me my order, instead they were inside laughing. They ended up giving me my order, and said that pick up closes at 10. Then why would they accept my order online in the first place.
they give an 800 # and then refer you to on line. why bother with a number then? People at store do not know how to help placing an online order.Nor do they know of the # tip if you pick it up.
Ordered cheeseburger pizza and placed an order online. The only ingredient I removed from the toppings were the onions.This is how the pizza looks. I've contacted the manager and he started arguing with me saying that this is how the normal pizza should look.
It’s dominos and I don’t expect a lot but come on guys, you can’t be that badInstead of pizza I got a piece of distressed bread with few pieces of ham and mushrooms on top and the driver completely ignored my messages and started to knock instead of calling me
I just ordered pizza and cheesy bread both are cold and I also ordered 2 garlic dips and only got 1! Thieves!! I’ve been on the hold for an hr! If you can handle customers and their orders properly don’t have a store!
After 25 minutes of watching my pizza in qc mode I called. She picked up the phone said,”sorry were closed” and hung up.My ? Is where is my pizza?This place is too rude.
Some nights the staff are the worst but tonight whoever is the staff tonight y’all deserves a raise fr ! Theyre quick and efficient and so polite and just easy to talk to . I always know my order is going to be good when I hear their familiar voices over the phone I really should get their names bc they deserve a shout out . Awesome staff tonight other nights not always but tonight those ppl are the real mvps of customer service
We live in Texas and ordered some food for my son who lives in North Hollywood. He lives in a duplex situation and he wasn’t available when food was being delivered. Long story short; food was left on porch by driver, however someone took his food. I thank the young lady who promptly sent out another order which he did receive. She went above and beyond to take care of the situation. My son struggles financially and relies on our food orders from time to time. Thank you and I will be writing corporate to praise such wonderful customer service.
Bad Experience the pastas are always dry way less ingredients I order a Chicken primavera pasta just one mushroom and some green veggie last night I order a 5 topping pizza and it was cold... The ingredients where dry up. The manager is very unprofessional
