I’ve been doing work on the building and decided to get a breakfast burrito. It was awesome and I highly recommend. The lady running it is very nice.
The place is run by a woman named Sophie,it operates during business hours of the career College next door. It is not your average coffee shop he would go to on the weekends. As it is intended to be used by the students in the school next-door and the people working in the office building.Sophie gives great customer service and has a large variety of things to choose from.

this place is weird. It was closed, and looked abandoned when I got here, around 5pm on a Sunday. There are no hours posted.

Joe is Joe. Just a straight-ahead coffeehouse in the NoHo arts district of North Hollywood. Friendly staff. A good selection and variety of pastries. Also fresh waffles if you want. No food. Just snacks. Which is how it should be in my books. Maybe you'll even snag a meter parking spot in front (2 hours max time). Excellent WiFi. No outside seating other than a bench. A few tables there would be nice, but there's not a whole lot of sidewalk for that and people gotta walk, right?
This place used to be meh and now is super super great! 5 stars no question. Great service, coffee is good and if you have a chance to snag a seat it’s great to work there as well. Great job ‘Joe Coffee’ management. Noho loves you!
Didn't actually have any coffee here so cannot speak to the quality of the coffee :-). But the hot chocolate was certainly up to par, as was the coffee cake. Staff very nice. Try to grab one of the two nice padded chairs by the front window. Go down Weddington to find parking.
