Honestly the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food tasted off, so we did not finish our bowls. The workers seemed to really care less that they had customers. They talk over each other while you’re trying to order. The place was not clean at all. If you have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location, I highly recommend that you do! It’s not worth getting sick from this place. ??
I ordered online two burritos extra rice with the works and a side large chips and a large guacamole. They didn’t have any guacamole, fajitas, very little to no cheese and chips that I could pretty much unpack and need to fry myself. So lost myself pretty much eight bucks. I’ve worked their so I know what it takes to make the stuff and to have the ability to save it as well. All in all never again.
I do not advise trying to order online from the NoHo Chipotle. You will be unable to add order notes, you will not be able to change your order.....and don't try to call this place. You will be greeted with an automated message telling you that no one in the restaurant can assist. So, if you need to fix your order, or talk to a manager, you're out of luck. I was eventually connected to a customer service center, upon which I was told that there was no way to reach the NoHo Chipotle. This is insane. All I wanted to do was ask for an extra dressing. I won't spend my money at restaurants where customers are cut off from getting help with orders.

I ordered this bowl with guac and the new Pollo Asado, meaning I paid EXTRA to not get what I wanted. And they added cheese, which is not even listed on my order. I wouldn’t normally complain, but this is the second time this team just won’t READ.
I ordered 2 kids menu online and it was so light when I got the bag.They forgot to put1 ingredient2 tortillas1 Fruit1 Drinkto each food. Also the portions are very very little. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in my life. Do not waste your money on this branch.
Paid $16 for a simple Bowl, now that's fine had I gotten the fresh ingredients promised but something was off, when I opened the bag something about the sour cream smelled off, I work nearby and since I love Chipotle I excitedly said that I'm going to get some today as well and then my coworker said he got chipotle yesterday and it was not delicious as well. I asked if it was from the same location and he said yes. We serve fresh hot food all day... it's easy to say when something is off with food . no disrespect to any of the workers there because they were kind and awesome ladies this was a couple of days ago comma but something is not up to par with the food and I'm not sure what it was. And the problem wasn't exactly the sour cream I can't pinpoint what it was. The both of us were nauseated at separate instances buying the same food on different days so my suspicion is 100% confirmed because I was pretty sure something was off with the food before talking to my buddy.
I never get tired of coming here , and Andre was very cool and friendly when taking my order ! ❤️
Thank you guys for cancelling my order when you knew the first door dash driver stole it. I think it’s great business that you legitimately collected the 27.45 from door dash…. Then knowing the situation and that I never received my food neglected to rectify it. you really went above and beyond in customer service when door dash called you up and you agreed to remake the order and then cancelled that one without and heads up. I have covid and really appreciate it. Have a great holiday season
It's Chipotle. This location is good. Parking can be annoying, but if you order ahead, you can generally park in the passenger loading spot, grab your food and go. I tried the smoked brisket this time, which was pretty tasty.
