I like Carl's Jr. I Hate this location. The two closest locations to where I live are terrible, I'm not sure why it's just these two.ahbe they need new district managers or something.This location is constantly out of basic items, chicken stars, burger patties, soda flavors, and promotional items. It's incredibly annoying and really hard to order when you're told the items you drove there for or spent time looking at on the menu are out of stock.I actually refuse to go to this location again.i don't want to hear about supply lines and stuff, this is the only chain and brand around me that is constantly out of basic items.Just don't bother, go somewhere else.

all drive thru employees except for a specific one are great. if you get the one girl she will ruin your mood just by her attitude alone. I asked for a number 7 and she loudly yelled "NO, IT'S ONLY 1 THROUGH 4" she could've been much nicer. I don't know why she still works there at this point. she just does not understand food service let alone proper attitude in a workplace. this isn't the first incident I've had with her either. honestly she makes me want to avoid this place.

As I've come to expect from most fast food chains, the consistency is the biggest issue. The people who work there are about as fair as you'd expect from a place like this. But the biggest issue is the food consistency. It's either warm or it isn't. The only items I can count on being hot and fresh are the breakfast burritos. As for lunch or dinner items, unless you ask (which they're never happy when you do), the sandwiches are either hot or cold. With food costs rising, unless you catch them on a good day or if you ask twice, the likelihood of you getting something that tastes like it's been sitting is a very real possibility and certainly frustrating when you get it home to find out that you spent your money on disappointing food. Buyer beware if you come across this place and don't know what to ask for.

The guy working the drive thru was very sweet but they had issues getting the food out quickly. Once I got home I realized they gave me the incorrect order.

Hot and fresh food at 2am, yes, butWAY too expensive. Two combos cost almost THIRTY bucks!!? TWO!! For that much I'd rather go to the food truck literally around the corner and get a couple of those DELICIOUS shrimp burritos.

The drive thru workers are extremely rude, you ask them a simple question and they snap back at youJust drove away even though they were the only place open because who knows what they'd do to your food?

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It is a waste of time and money. They not only get your order wrong about 75% of the time, most of the staff is rude beyond compare. (With the exception of Jacqueline on night shift; she is the one gem at this location and is probably the sweetest person in existence. )And if you're thinking, "Well, they have a DM location number AND a district manager direct line on the receipt, why not just call?" Don't bother. One is a number with a full voice-mail, and the other you can leave a message that they'll never return.I will leave an example of just one particular night (which I have been trying to report for 1 week now with no response) that happened on 12/12/21 @11:27 PM.The cashier was Jannatul. She was extremely rude and unprofessional on the loudspeaker. When I arrived to the box to give her my order, she just said, "yeah", so I thought she was maybe speaking to someone at the window, so I waited. Then after a few seconds she said, "are you going to order or not?" I gave her my order, she repeated it but left out the drink. I asked, "did you get my drink as well?" To which she replied, "yeah, you said sprite" and I corrected her by saying, "no ma'am, raspberry iced tea." She said, "yeah, yeah, yeah. Pull up to the window." (Without stating my total.) I waited for my turn at the window and noticed while 2 cars back, she was not wearing a mask. It was below her chin.I get to the window where she is preparing my drink, no mask on, yawning the entire time. Every time she came to the window, she opened just enough to reach her hand/ the item to me, with her eyes closed; she never said a word to me, never gave me my total, never asked if I wanted condiments, and never gave me a chance to ask for anything, since her eyes were closed and her head tilted away from me.(Look, I get it, it's almost midnight and you're tired, but that's just ridiculous. I had just gotten off a 16-hour shift at the hospital, working with covid patients, and you're gonna break state mandate and not wear your mask, then refuse to do the job you signed up for?! And the thing is, she is ALWAYS RUDE. The mask was the final straw for me.) I snatched the bag from her and threw it onto the passenger side and drove off.After all that, I get home, throw away the drink Jannatul yawned all over, then open my food to find something I can't even eat. I ordered a beyond burger with no cheese as I'm a vegan. I received a beyond burger covered in cheese with bacon added to it. Couldn't eat it at all. So I wasted $12.58 (not to mention the countless other times I've gotten the wrong order) and about 10 minutes of my night.Again. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Horrible, rude employees. Claims to be open 24 hours, walked up to the store at 8:30 PM to use the restroom after a 5 hour road trip and to buy a snack, the employees saw that we were getting our masks out and they walked up to the door and locked it. Unnacceptable… locking out customers in NEED of a restroom who we’re going to PAY YOU as well. thanks.
