Sold us disgusting freezer burnt quarts of ice cream. One of them came damaged as well. They don't care about their product if this is a franchise.It is obvious by the texture and flavor of the ice cream, the quarts were left in the freezer for too long, or maybe the quarts were melted at one point in time and were never replaced. They were still sold to us.When ice cream is freezer burnt, the texture is icy and slushie-like and the non-icy portions are grainy and flavorless. Both quarts of the Jamocha Almond Fudge and Very Strawberry were freezer burnt.

Honestly, this Baskin Robbins sucks. They don't have punch cards, some of the employees are mean, and the atmosphere is not the best. The neighborhood is not great, but I can't hold that against them. The Baskin Robbins on victory is MUCH better.
Customer service is great
It’s a good place to get ice cream, not gonna lie. But could be better. I personally do not enjoy some of the flavors there. But the ones that I get like the peanut butter flavored one or the plain vanilla are amazing. No hate. Good ice cream, but not the best.

Very Blunt employees. Horrible customer service. Messed up the order. And gets upset when you politely correct him. He should slow down and pay attention. And the whole time was rude. Dismissive adittude. Description chubby white guy with beard. And would be better if they had they had name tags. Andastly girl employee was not wearing mask appropriately. And was fast to repormand others. Please do something!
