i'm not sure what is wrong with all of the previous reviews for this location but i made an order via the mobile app for pick up via the drive thru and had no issues. there was a bit of miscommunication through the speaker when i arrived but they had my order ready, the food was warm and i was out quickly. the guy at the window even asked me before leaving if more sauce was needed but everything i ordered was already in the bag.
I was waiting at the drive through for like 5 minutes and no one answered , once I drove up to the window the lady working there say that they are still closed / but the post sign say open on the door sign say 7 am to 12pm
15 min wait in drive thru line just to be told they are only taking cash. Waist of time, there is always something up with this location.
Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins for them to tell me they were out of beef.
Aside from the dismissive service, can you guys let people know when you decide to change recipe’s for the Beefy 5 Layered Burrito ? I didn’t know it now had onions and I’m allergic so it was not the best experience.
Drive thru takes forever...don't risk it if you're in a hurry. Several times I have been stuck in the middle with no way out. Last time I timed each car at the menu/speaker. Took them an average of 4 minutes per car to place orders. But, they were quicker at the window...there was just one car in front of me when I was done with my order, and it took about a minute and half for them to get order and leave. Food was ok, what I expected, and employees friendly. My only complaint is being in line for 20+ minutes.

They don’t close until 10pm and I arrived at 9:40. I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for a couple of minutes until I had to say something for them to talk. They said they were closed. I asked them, don’t you close at 10? They said, they ran out of food. Their customer service is always lacking at this sight as well.
Always closed . They never put a sign and you'll sit in drive thru for 10 min nothing not even a we are closed
This location is trash. I'd drive to another location that isn't this hard to deal with. My fiance tends to come to this location frequently and there is always some sort of issue with this store in particular. This time around we both came together to grab something to eat before an appointment. We sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes before the car in front of us was able to put in their order. The girl taking our order had a terrible attitude. She also had an attitude at the window, threw our entire order in a single box, and had such a hard time giving us napkins when we asked. If you don't want to work here then don't. You have other options. Aside from this instance this Taco Bell is CONSTANTLY out of their freezes and claim that their "machine is down" every time my fiance has gone through the drive thru. This location needs to be run more efficiently because management is non-existent here. Another downside is the fact that this location also keeps their doors locked so there isn't another way to avoid going through the drive thru. For being a new location it's terrible, just avoid it.
