This location is the most consistent when it comes to making my beverage, "Royal English Breakfast Tea Latte". There are several locations closer to where I live, however it has gotten to the point where 50% of the time I end up getting Earl Grey as opposed to Royal English. We are all human and I personally make mistakes all of the time, but when it happens 50% of the time it's very difficult to justify. Great job to the employees that work at the River Road location.
I come here too often. My bank account be over drafting but it’s too good. Def recommend the addiction
This was my first time at this Starbucks and I loved it! It looks awesome from the outside, and the service/staff are so kind. They also made my drink PERFECTLY. Love this location!
There's an extremely rude lady working there. I had the misfortune of being a drive-thru customer there while she was working the drive-thru. It was the worst customer service I have ever received out of all the different Starbucks I've been to. If management is going to let someone like that work there, then I will not be going back to this Starbucks.
Horrible service. Waited there for 30 mins for get a TALL black ice coffee. The girl asked me to show her receipt of what I ordered instead of communicating with her co-worker who actually took my order and assumed as if I was lying ?
Service here is always pleasant and drive thru is a lot faster then most other location. I came in this location for a mobile pickup with my daughter for the first time and realize I placed it at the wrong location and didn’t have my phone on me. I was running late and decided to leave the store until a shift sup or manager not sure who he was but he was dress in black came to me and asked what I ordered and had it made right away. It caught me by surprised. I was In a hurry and couldn’t thank him personally but he really made my day! Just the service and gesture was soo considerate i couldn’t stop thinking about it on my way to work. If you’re ever reading this Thank you soo much!
My food order was wrong and and completely stale. There should be some quality assurance. The drink was great
It’s a Starbucks, they always have delicious drinks. But they always have an attitude. It’s cool tho, they r busy.
