We both got the coastal trio the original fish taco was one of the best crispy fish tacos I've ever had the batter was great fish was fresh and had a great crunch but not overcooked. The blacked mahi mahi taco tasted super fresh and it was unique with its own chipotle sauce and had corn and onions so it was peppery not to spicy and sweet. The shrimp taco came with avacado inside it and they were all great in their own individual way the chips and beans I added to the meal were very good as well and the salsas very good also highly recommended.
Food was delicious and would have had 5 stars if food was prepared for our to go order, however the cashier entered Dine In. Staff was awesome, (manager came from the kitchen) quickly got it ready to go and took care to correct the error.
Great team! The staff this evening were friendly, efficient and on top of things. The manager even came out to check on the customers who were dining in. Orders were prepared exactly as requested and tasted as expected.
Love the Original Fish Tacos!!! Ordered also the Classic Shrimp Burrito... Great customer service by the cashier. Always get my order correct... Thank you!
Worst experience ever was treated unfairly. Advise others to not go to this Rubios. Mask police monitor your entrance and refuse to provide service. Must be close friends with Mr.Newsome.
Can you teach your employees on how to treat customers with respect and teach them a bit about customer service I went in their to order food for 2 families walked out because an employee at this facility gave a lot of attitude won’t be coming here any longer place is trash
POOR MANAGEMENT! This place has the WORST manager to have running this place!! PATTY walking around the restaurant verbally ABUSING her employees in FRONT of customers. Calling her employee's BABOSAS!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! These are young kids working hard asking for a break and she straight up ignores the employees. PATTY NEEDS A REATLITY CHECK!!
Lunch specials are a good deal...especially the fish taco plate.
I had such a great experience at this Rubio’s! One of the employees, Raquel, was so helpful and super friendly! She made the experience! I will be back!!!
I like Rubio's! They have great options for meals, the food is good, friendly staff, and a nice space to eat. I only took off one star because the tortilla chips have gone down hill.
