Went at 10:04 and the establishment was not open. One worker showed up a minute later and spent several minutes fumbling with something in their car. We waited until 10:20 hoping that there was a staff member already inside trying to open. When we left, the chairs were still stacked on the tables in the dining room, drive thru closed, and no signs of life from inside, even after the staff member we saw went inside. After reading other reviews, I doubt I'll ever eat here. If you really need that chicken, go to the KFC across the street or the nearby Raising Cane's.
Food is inconsistent, drive thru staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Nearly had my drink spilled all over me because it was practically thrown at me and to be honest I'm a bit scared to eat the food now because they seem like the type to spit in it. The wait time is horrendous aswell. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go here.
Customer service is awful and the wait is absolutely horrendous, drive through and dine in. To get 3 chicken sandwiches, plain, took 35 minutes and there was no one inside and 2 cars in the drive through. Absolutely horrible.
The food was too salty, and the chicken was raw. They were also out of most of the drinks. Will not return.
I'll start by saying " I like Popeyes". But this location isn't worth going. The chicken was small.... I don't mean like medium, I mean tiny. I don't pay $25 for 10 pcs of small chicken(on sale) When HUGE drumsticks are available at your local grocery for 99 cents a pound or less.... This was ridiculous. And the beautiful thing, we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, not in line....that is when we got to the window. But I don't mind waiting for hot chicken, but what we got were a box of wing size pieces...at least the biscuits were good. I had to go elsewhere for my meal. This was literally the smallest pieces I've ever seen. Doesn't Popeyes have some sort of quality control??? I guess not here.... Try elsewhere if you are hungry
No gloves were worn while handling food and money by any employee! Very poor service. Explain my order and they still didn't get it right.
Waited a whole 40min in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me other than that food was good
Never get the order right!Order chicken wings and five chicken strips and they got it wrong gave me a three-piece chicken.I'll never go there again!

Not sure who the manager is at this Popeyes but we placed an order for chicken sandwiches and watched the young man with no gloves on, touching everything. Opening and closing things and picking up the chicken with his bare hands. My husband told the lady and she said, oh that's not your order. Excuse me?? That's not the point. Those in the drive thru had no idea. He would just dust his hands off in the air and start touching everything else after picking up your chicken. The lady then went over to him and she took over, put on the gloves and started working. Wow. Never know what's going on unless you walk in.
