Solid pizza, more doughy than Pizza Hut or Dominos which is a plus for me
Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with light sauce. When I got there to pick it up I found it was made with Alfredo sauce which we did not want. The counter guy was cool and offered to remake but when he called it back a guy named Fern came up and started arguing with me, saying we had ordered white sauce; seems he was the one who took the order. I did not order 'white sauce' and if I had wanted Alfredo I would have ordered it by name. This guy got so bent so quickly that I didn't trust him to remake my food without spitting on it or worse so I left. I have worked as both a cook and a manager so I get restaurant pressure, but have never had such poor service or received treatment such as this. There are too many places to get pizza from to accept this level of 'service.' Pathetic, don’t bother

Just look at the photo. It tells the entire story…well not really. Makes you wonder if the pizza was in a car accident or was the delivery driver doing arm circles with my pizza???
I asked for a few jalapenos and they wouldn't give them to me. Wanted to charge me $1.26 for 3 or 4 little slices as a side. I'm not looking for free stuff, I even offer 50cents. She was very strong in telling me they are $1.26. Really small issue but it's things like this that really piss me off how customer service just does not matter. I'll take my business to Pizza Guys. They appreciate their customers.

Ordered 2 pizza a cheese Stix and wings.. one of the Pizza was cold, dough was dry and hard. Cheese Stix looks like its been seating there as well for at least an hour. Spent a total of $75 and it was not worth it at all, not even the kids wanted to eat any of it. Waste of money for sure
Horrible costumer service... not accepting call-in orders. I wonder how many customers that manager lost papa John’s tonight. With her attitude she lost my business forever. Been a customer since 2011.
Extra charges on bill called to have them removed and woman that works there claiming to be the manager confirmed charges were removed for beverages they don't sell that are on the app for purchase was very rude would not refund tip or the extra charges stuff I did not buy horrible customer service can't believe a store and any company would allow people that shady and mean to steal from them and there customers
