The food at this location is far superior to the other Miguels I have visited except for the original on 6th St. Staff welcoming and friendly.
Drive thru employee kept talking over me while placing my order . Then when I got to the window to pay I was ignored and the two girls (employees) kept going on in their personal conversation. I also ordered one of my burritos wet . I always make sure my items are flat, and when I got home, the container was open, and most of my sauce was all over the other food and at the bottom of the bag. I called back to tell them the containers were not secured. I was told it was a known problem and was told to come back and get the order again. Look, I'm just going to say this Go to another location this one has had constant issues we keep trying to give them business since its the closest to our home and is still 15 minutes away. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the original Miguel's Jr. On sixth street. They are always happy for your business.
Better off going to the Corona location.This place can't seem to get an order correct.They also apparently forgot how to cook rice.
So I went to the drive thru today. Women at window wasn't wearing a mask. Isnt this mandated? She also never gave me my drink n I had to knock on the window to remind her. Tacos r soggy dripping with oil and beans were cold, chesse never melted. Pretty gross experience and poor experience overall.
Food was a notch or two above taco bell. They got our order wrong twice. They have a guy standing out by the drive thru to take orders, but standing where you can't see the menu? My wife liked it but I prefer something more authentic.
Best simple bean, cheese and rice burritos on the go. They have good Shredded beef and chicken tacos, soft, crispy or extra crispy. So Good and I recommend ordering their epic Orange bang drink. Every time I visit my family, this my fisrt go to and last stop to eat.
Last time I went to this location, the Garbage Burritos were half the size of what they had been previously. If I'm paying upwards of $8 a burrito, I expect it to be a decent size. This time, the Garbage Burrito literally only had meat, rice, and cheese in it, and well as again being small. I'm done with this location, and would advise others to drive an extra ten minutes to the Corona location.
Went here earlier today and the staff was rude in the drive thru.. also this is not the first time I have found hair in my food!! This is disgusting. Tell your employees cooking to pluck their nose hairs and wear a hair net!!
Blah flavor. Nothing special. Neither woman at the counter acted as if they even cared if I was there. First time at a MigueJr. and my last time.
Updated review:One item from order was incorrect, didn’t noticed till we got home. Called because they were about to close. Said they will remake it. Knocked on the door since it was closed. Threw the door open, said “ here “ , I said “ appropriate it, thank you “. No response, slammed door.Original review:Drive thru is fast and never have any issues with the food. But “Angelique C” as stated by the receipt ( since they were not wearing a name tag ) , was extremely rude while taking my drive thru order. Bland tone. RUSHED through my order, saying total after each individual item like I was done ordering instead of asking if I’d be getting anything else. Assumed sizes instead of asking what I’d like. Didn’t say “hi” or “thank you”. Both drinks not filled. Charged incorrectly.
